My aunt and I had been at Jay Chapel finalizing my brothers arrangements and headed straight to Floral Fantasy. The shop owner had been making a delivery to Jay’s earlier and immediately recognized us from having been in the lobby at Jay’s that morning. She spent two hours with us as a walk in with no appointment customizing every small detail to make the wreaths and sprays as personal as was possible. She asked about his likes and interests, and had even commented on the details in his obituary that she’d (coincidentally) read earlier. She is amazing, sweet, detailed, and made this very difficult time a lot easier.

Wow! My experience couldn’t have been better and recipient couldn’t have been happier! I called from out of town to place an order that was to be delivered locally, described the occasion and some background to the person and her personality, then asked the agent to use her own creativity to make something up. I had no timeline that needed to be kept, and yet with an order in by 1:00pm, the flowers were delivered that afternoon! I’ve seen pictures of the arrangement and it was perfect! Extraordinary service!

This floral shop honestly has to be the best in the central valley. Their arrangements are so unique and top notch. I feel it’s worth traveling to madera from Fresno or Clovis to get the quality arrangements and bouquets this family owned shop puts together.
