Felt pressured into buying a swim suit by the sales person who also tried to tell me it was Tax Free Weekend in Florida in addition to offering me $ 20 off the top. Once home, tried on the suit and the sizes were incorrect & suit didn’t fit right. Also, when adding up the bottom & quoted top price ($ 20 off) the total charged was more than it should have been, meaning I was charged tax. Tax free weekend applies to school supplies not swim suits I later found out.
Less than 24 hrs after purchase took suit back with all tags, original bag & receipt for a refund & was told they are an exchange only store. I asked where it states that in the store. The sales clerk pointed to a sign under the cash register in between a display that was about 1“x2″ that had approximately 6 lines of typing stating no refund policy. She also pointed to my non-​itemized receipt to very small print that stated «No refund». I explained that I didn’t was a store credit or exchange as I bought a different suit. She stated she couldn’t do anything. I also said I was sold the suit under false pretenses (tax free) and that this was unacceptable. She again stated she could give me a store credit or exchange the suit. I again told her I wasn’t interested and asked for the owners name and information. She refused to give me the information and gave me the number to the store but couldn’t tell me when the owner would be in.
Not having proper signage stating no refunds and not informing purchasing customers of this is not acceptable. Especially when spending in the upward of $ 125 – 150 in merchandise. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me! What happened to the customer is always right?!? Don’t buy anything from this store… pretty crappy policy that you can’t return and unused item less than 24 hrs after purchase. Feel like I got ripped off!!!

This place will rip you off. None of the clothing items have prices and the store personnel will quote you different prices. And of course, they have a no return policy. Buyer BEWARE!
