I walked into The Bronze Lady almost 2 weeks ago and bought a flame less burner starter kit. I was never explained that the block on top of the wick has to stay on. Well, needless to say, I took it off and lit the wick which I obviously found out was wrong. Had I been told this from the sales staff, this wouldn’t be an issue in the first place. I placed a call to the establishment on their voicemail, and never called me back until a day later after I had gone on line and purchased another wick. For 12.00. When she(owner/mgr), I really don’t know what she was, called me, she apologized for calling a day late. I explained to her the problem I had– and needless to say, never satisfied me. All she said was I’m sorry you had a problem. This was after I told her I just went on line and purchased another wick for 12.00 and then paid another 12.00 for shipping. Total for something that could and should have been prevented was 24.00. The email I received on Saturday said it was shipped. As of today(Tuesday) I still have not received it. Keep in mind I live in Dunedin which is 25 min. Away from Madeira Beach. I sent an email to the admin of the store this afternoon saying I have no tracking number for my paid product and I can’t even check on the status. She called me back saying it says it was shipped Yesterday and I would receive it today. Well– it’s 7:22pm and UPS and Fed ex do not deliver past 7:00pm. I guess I won’t be receiving it today!!! Horrible Customer Service and Horrible On-Line service!!! I will never buy another item from this store ever again! No Satisfaction to the customer at all. I’ve been in the Hospitality industry for 27 years and know that this is not the way you take care of customers if you would like them to return! I bring Family and Friends to Johns Pass every time they fly down here from the North! You can bet we WILLNOT be entering the Bronze Lady as I also will be telling other people about this bad experience. You would think the owner/mgr would have just taken care of the whole cost since this whole thing escalated because of in competence! And believe me– I make enough of money that 24.00 doesn’t brake my bank. It’s the principle of the matter! Update– They called me this morning and not only are they sending another wick– they are paying for it and the shipping to get it to me. Glad they took care of it! Update 2– never received the 2nd wick as promised to me by Kathy!

Love this shop!!! Buy most of my Pandora here and art work. I feel like I’m in a different world when I attend John’s Pass everything I need touristy and small gifts are here. A must place to go when you come to town … staff is wonderful and every question I asked they knew the answer… keep up the great work, they made us feel special!

The Bronze Lady has some great selections. I love the different items they have to offer. On my most recent visit, the younger girls working in the Pandora section of the store were very snotty. My 14 year old said it was the most unfriendly service we have had there in the last few years. Great products, customer service needs a brush up. We did not feel very welcome because the sales lady acted like we were bothering her. Once she realized we were going to purchase items she perked up a little bit. The selection of Pandora and Vera Bradley is amazing.

Nice selection of merchandise, but unfortunately one of the sales associates was overly concerned with making sure none of the others came into her«area». She was rude and mean to her coworker right in front of everyone. Horribly unprofessional.
