I stopped at Sutton Acura while used car shopping. A middle aged sales gentleman that has been with the company for several years was helping me. He was very forward and boderline rude for a first meeting, far to casual for someone who didn’t know me. During the test drive he was even on the phone with another customer discussing a deal. His body language and doing things like humming and tapping on the car door while on the test drive made me feel like he cared little about my business. I was a bit taken back that this gentlemen was representing a «premium» brand. Their cars have higher mileage and the car that I drove had several imperfections like paint chips, poor detailing, and the aforementioned high mileage. This was a very different experience than what I had experienced accross the street at Jackson Auto.(see review) I would reccomend purchasing your auto elsewhere. I give them 2 stars beause… well…I can’t think of reason, 1 it is.

I took my Acura in for a new battery and when my car was returned to me they did not reset the audio, the locking mechanism has a short in it so that every time I lock my car it continues to lock over and over again(this will eventually kill the battery and I will be back at square one). They also shorted out my steering column and it no longer adjusts, currently it sits too high and I have trouble seeing over the wheel. I noted all of these issues and was informed that there was nothing they could do for me other than to reset the radio. I was furious! The waiting area was loud, the mechanics got the interior dirty, and the woman where I paid the bill was obviously having a bad day. This is my 3rd and last Acura that I will purchase from this location. Very disappointed.

Yes! That’s right… as good as it gets! From beginning to end of the sales process, everyone at Sutton Acura was fantastic! I went to the Acura dealership with a good idea of what I was looking for, my sales person, Melvin Broadnax, was not pushy or aggressive. He let me look around, he gave me all the information that I needed about the 2009 Acura TL, then let me drive the vehicle. I was sold after that… couldn’t leave the dealership without it.
