This guy is the worst. We are having septic issue that got bad Friday and we were stoked to find someone who would come out on a Saturday. We were told someone would be out to us by 11am. 11am came and went, then 12, 1, ect. Called several times and left message and no one ever contacted us. I can see if an emergency came up or something, but no one even gave us a call to let us know they were not coming. So if you ever have poo flowing in through every bathtub, shower and toilette and need someone quick and reliable, Poo Man is NOT your man.

These guys are new to Macon (I believe they started up in the spring of 2013). I called just before supper and they were able to come out and pump my septic tank and unstop the drain. Came back the next day for a follow up. Excellent customer service with a very reasonable price.
