Located just off of Vineville, limited parking but that’s usually not a problem. They raise some of their plants and usually stock unusual to the ordinary plants. They do have some exotics that have been there so long, that they are literally fixtures of the building.
There was a cactus that was about ten feet tall, it was a slow day and I asked the guy about it. He may have been the owner, not sure. There is the restarant next door and someone from there inquired about buying it. He said they could just have it if they could move it. They brought several employees over and with all of them, they couldn’t lift it.
It is an interesting place to see such plants at sizes you rarely see and to find plants that you usually only see in books or have to order online to buy.
While they are a little higher than say Wally World, they have a lot of expertise in all things growable.
They’ve been there as long as I can remember and likely will be a fixture for many more years to come.

It’s nice to find a place where you truly get the attention you deserve. This family owned and operated business has been around as long as I can remember and they have always had a healthy selection of any perennial or fern that I need. They also will help you put together a few things that will look nice growing alongside each other for a pot or your yard. I also have used their florist department which is very reasonably priced and they produce lovely arrangements.
