Jersey Wings & Fish

had a choice between the Indian place I had last night or the wing and fish joint next door. I chose incorrectly.
it is not a sit down nice restraint but a strip mall 7 table grab and go.
looked clean and previous review said that as well.
no soap in the restroom so I’m assuming employees not washing properly .
only customer during my hour long stay was me.
after I interrupted the kid wearing the cock-​eyed Yankees. cap with the flat brim from watching his spiderman movie he met me at the counter to take my order
ordered flounder with a side of shrimp both fried.
sat down at a table that looked as. clean as the rest. salt covered and sticky.
order up he calls. now I get it is that kind of place but being the ONLY customer and being 13 feet from the counter {counted floor tiles). thought that was a bit of a stretch to have me get up and walk over to get it.
asked for an extra tartar sauce. 50¢ more please. really? I’m one of apparently 4 customers you might be lucky enough to get tonight and you can’t cut loose of a 1¢ tub of marginal mayo and pickles to make me happy? I declined
Mr Happy customer service spent the evening at the corner of the counter checking his phone the entire time with the two exceptions of asking me how the food was and to get himself a soda. oh and the guy looking for a job.
food was OK that’s why two stars a bit salty.
service very lacking. attitude less than non existent.
looks like a very new place won’t last long if this keeps up. BTW if the owner reads this and you want to validate my story check your video cameras.
