Pizza is great I won’t lie but only if you can pick it up yourself! Delivery took 3hrs and I live a block from the place. After many phone calls exchange I cancelled my order and had to request a refund since they didn’t offer it to us. Too bad since we were loyal costumers.

Ordered a pizza online through GrubHub. I had some money on paypal and GrubHub allows you to use that as a payment form.
I got a large square with Pepperoni, Sausage and Mushrooms and it was great! Just what the Dr. ordered. Could sort of compare it to a Buddy’s, but not quite. I also got a Philly Cheesesteak Sub and it was pretty good, but I probably won’t get another one. Not that it was off, it just didn’t wow me. The pizza on the other hand I will gladly return for.
Quick delivery, GrubHub worked flawlessly and the food was fresh out of the oven when it got to me. Happy, happy, joy, joy!

I will never order from Passport Pizza again. This was the second time they’ve not only messed up my delivery order, but were completely rude as well…
They answer calls from a «call-​center». I ordered a chicken grinder and fries, they delivered a chicken parm grinder and fries. When I called to let them know, they said I have to return my food to the driver in order to get my corrected order. (In over 20 years of ordering delivery/​carry out, I’ve never been asked to do that). I said that’s fine, but they need to replace the fries as well so my meal is hot.
The driver delivered just a sandwich. I was irritated, yet polite to the driver. He said it was disgusting that I was told to return my food, he’s never heard of that. At this point, I told him he can take all the food back because I want a refund. He called his manager and refunded my money.
Too bad the call center employees display poor customer service skills. Consistently.

Horrible place. Call center has no clue. Pizza is greasy and undercooked. I ordered two smalls. It wasn’t ready when they said it would be. It had items I requested not be on it. Pizza was ‘wet’ and soggy. I’ve never seen anything like it. I called back. Kept me on hold for 7 minutes to «figure it out». I reordered, got there and they made it again this time with extra of the item I requested not be on it! Then the guy tries to blame it on my gf for not checking properly and had the balls to try to make it again with me standing there. This place is horrible. I’ll never go to Passport again. Nobody should.

Look at the picture I posted, ordered gluten free pizza, told them it was burnt, the staff told me that is how they make it. It was definitely over done and cardboard like. Shame on the staff that they didn’t fix this problem. Will not be returning.

This is my new favorite pizza place! It is like Jets, Green Lantern and Hungry Howie’s had a baby! You can order the old school pepperoni, flavored crust and lots of different pie options. The gluten free pizza is excellent as well! I have never had an issue with ordering. I only have had take out from the 24 and Romeo Plank location and would definitely recommend it. Enjoy!

Love the Big Ben for parties with kids. My favorite round pizza in the neighborhood. Best part is the Old fashion grease cupping spicy pepperoni.
