John did my most recent shellac mani. I got it done just before we went on an ambitious two week vacation. Hauling luggage through six airports and multiple cities could’ve been a disaster for my nails, but they were still perfect when we finally made it home — and for the next two weeks, even! Who knows how long this mani would’ve lasted. I eventually had to get it redone just because the outgrowth was getting to be too much.
Q Nails continues to earn five stars from me.

My mom and I have been coming here for several years. Sara and Nina are our go-to girls for our nails, pedicures, and brows. They are meticulous, timely, funny, and always a joy to be around! It is always relaxing to go there! We can make appointments pretty easily and they are flexible and willing to stay late to finish if need be. When I lived out of state I was never able to find someone to do my nails like these two ladies! Sara is the only one I trust with my brows. I am pretty particular and have done my own to retain my natural arch for years, but having trusted Sara’s work, I let her do them and was really happy! I have her do them every time I come home to Rockford from Chicago to visit my family. Highly recommend!

I am not usually one to complain or say something negative on here, however I just received the worst pedicure that I have ever experienced. She was done in 5 minutes and basically clipped my nails and rubbed a stone on the bottom of my feet. She then proceeded to rub callus remover on to my legs. I was not pleased with my experience! I will say that they did not charge me, but I would have much rather paid and had a good experience!

I’m visiting the area from Northern Virginia and I stumbled upon this nail salon on Unilocal.The staff were friendly and joking around which made the experience that much better. I was in and out of the salon in less than an hour and not to mention my nails and design look great. I highly recommend this place!
