Overall: Considering I only spent a small amount there, I was impressed how they focused their time with me.
Selection: 4 stars. I came in to get 2 watch batteries replaced. I ended up also purchasing a watch band, since they had a good selection. The watch band has worked out well. It’s a mid-​size jewelry store, but seemed to have a good selection.
Service: 5 stars. Although I was only spending $ 50, they still focused on me. The 2 watch batteries were changed within 15 minutes. The lady also showed me a few watch bands and took her time.
Prices: 4 stars. The watch batteries were fairly inexpensive (about $ 10 each) but the watch band was higher priced to similar ones found at discount jewelry stores.

With phenomenal service, friendly and well informed staff, and absolutely stunning jewelry, Don Basch Jewelers is without a doubt THE jewelry store of Northeast Ohio. I recently purchased a «Denise Anne» cut diamond engagement ring, and when I proposed I’m not sure if my fiancée was more excited about getting engaged to me or the rock I was putting on her finger! The diamonds really «pop», she’s the envy of all her friends, and everywhere we go people can’t help but notice the beautiful ring she’s wearing. As a guy who knew nothing about diamonds or engagement rings going into the process, the staff of Don Basch Jewelers, especially Dustin Basch, was incredibly helpful and eager to inform in guiding me to the right selection. Couldn’t be more impressed and will definitely be making all future jewelry purchases here in the future. I don’t think my bride-​to-​be will have any complaints about that.

I recently got engaged and bought my fiancé’s engagement ring at Don Bash Jewelers in Medina. Dustin and Dennis Bash made this vey simple. Their service was excellent, the ring is beautiful, and all this was at a reasonable price. I highly recommend that before any of your jewelry purchases you go to their store and see what they have to offer.

Don Basch Jewelers are a family-​run, very professional jeweler. I used them to purchase my wife’s wedding band, which was part of a set. I didn’t purchase the engagement ring there, but they were able to easily match the ring, even doing some custom work to ensure a proper fit. I have been to their shop three times for purchases, and each time left impressed by the custom work, friendly service, and price. I would definitely recommend Don Basch Jewelers.
