Upland Townhomes

I stay here right now and I can’t wait until my lease is up! I’ve been here for a year and never liked it but now, I HATE IT.
There’s new management (I don’t even know when it happened since there was no one who formally let us know this happened), this mayo lady that doesn’t know what she’s doing. I say she doesn’t know what she’s doing due to the fact that whenever something happens on the grounds, THEY LET NO ONE KNOW.
There’s construction on the roofs that’s still ongoing and when their work is taking up parking spots, we have to park elsewhere. We have no idea when this construction is ending or why it’s even happening.
OLD management would let us know EVERYTHING! We always had papers on our doors letting us know what’s going on. Now, we know nothing.
Maintenance can take up to 2 weeks to come to you and you have to call MULTIPLE TIMES.
Before this lady, they would be there the same day you call.
The BIG reason why I hate this crappy place.
Today, I went in to pay my rent, which has been the same for the whole year. They telling me I’m $ 45 short O. O o_​O O. O –_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​–
THEN, they proceed to tell me we now have to pay for water separately, which was always included. But then I check my mail finally to look at this bill they talking about.. .I now have to pay for water, sewer (?), pest control fee (???), trash charge, and an administrative fee (???)
They also hiked the prices up ALOT, so please look elsewhere!
