All Pro Caterers and Kitchen

For some unknown reason, my family members seem to think that I cook. I don’t cook. I thought this was well known among the family, but obviously I need to do a little more work spreading around the fact that I don’t. Last year, the family members in the Atlanta area got together at my place to partake in a Thanksgiving meal the Saturday before Thanksgiving since we would be going to different places for actual Thanksgiving. We decided to do it again this year so it has become a new tradition. Since I’m the oldest, I get to host and «cook». See the problem with this?
Anyways, I had to quickly find a place that can provide some of the additional sides to go with the turkey and ham that I had already ordered from another business. All Pro Caterers happened to cater some of the food for my office’s Thanksgiving meal. After eating some of their food at the office, I decided to give them a try. I ordered dressing and mashed potatoes from them. They also threw in some gravy to go with the meal. Each half-​pan tray cost $ 25. I thought that this was a bargain considering that I purchased some other sides at other places for a lot more.
I had someone pick up the food on Saturday afternoon. It was packaged cold and I just needed to heat up the items. There was a bit of a debacle with heating up the gravy — it was not in a microwave safe container (See? This is why I don’t cook!) — but that was a total user error. The food tasted great. I am planning on using them again next year for the third annual event. I’ll probably make it easier on myself and just order the bulk of the food from them.
