ACE Appliance

I purchased my dryer from Rick at Ace Appliance and he is a crook! He guaranteed me a 3 month warranty that he refuses to honor. The first dryer he delivered broke in less than 2 days. I have video proof! After weeks of me calling constantly he sent his son to replace it with another dryer than broke less than a week later. When I called he tried to blame it on me by making up random problems with my house (for example, he asked when was the last time I cleaned behind my walls in the laundry room. WHO CLEANS BEHIND WALLS?! And what would that have to do with my dryer not spinnig?!) Now he’s trying to charge me for «service calls» (price of which changes by the day) and when I agreed to pay it he said call him the next day to set up a time and the wouldn’t answer the phone. He’s extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He’s hung up on me at least 5 times and refuses to honor his «warranty».
