What a jewel!
1. Staff were attentive, kind and knowledgable.
2. Roomy, great lighting and clean.
3. Big selection of bolts and fat quarters. If they don’t have the fatty they will cut from bolts.
4. Lots o lessons with Bernina 550s and 850s at no extra charge.

4 stars for the wide range of fabrics (very nice color selection) and classes but their customer service is 2 – 3 stars. The staff does not seem professional — they are always gossiping or eating lunch when I am there and seem more interested in each other than in the customers. They could really benefit from a customer service training course. Will I return — probably as there is not much else nearby.
