I’ve worked with Jose at this location for the past two days. I have been a customer of Cricket for almost 10 years and this is the very best service.
I purchased a new phone on line had a problem with a ported number that I was adding to my account. Working with him was great. He fixed a problem that calling in to customer service and Chat could not fix. In addition, he saved me money.
I highly recommend this location for all of your cell phone needs in addition to any problems you may have with your service.
