As a former Verizon employee I can tell you, this store is a rip off. They are only out to get your money, they do not follow Verizon’s guidelines. Even though this store is a franchise and not a corporate store, they are still supposed to adhere to Verizon policies. My mom was signed up for Edge without any explanation of the program to her. My mother in law was just in there, on June 26, 2015 and was ripped off as well. I would recommend going anywhere else.

Be aware that this store is not a Verizon corporate store. It is privately owned. I find it deceiving that they tout themselves as a Verizon store. Do not shop here! Call Verizon and you will get better deals, service and options! This store owner is so just out for the money. Poor service and customer satisfaction and they don’t care.
