Josh Fenn was absolutely the best! He answered and addressed all of our questions. He had us try many mattresses as my husband and I are polar opposites on comfort. He was patient and he has truly done his homework. Thanks to his time and efforts we narrowed it down to two. Considering how many there are to choose from, job well done.
