Customer Service sucks here.
I get that the community is mostly made up of latino/​latinas but when I ask a question in English only to be answered back in Spanish is kind of an insult.
Be sure to *double check the hair colors because it seems most of their labeling was all jacked up. Some of their display hair colors were in wrong sections as well.
The employees didn’t bother to help but glady chatted with eachother and ate chips.
Also, I grabbed a sale paper only to find out they didn’t have most of the sale items including the china glaze ombré collection (no they did not sale out because I didn’t even see a label section for them)
Waste of time, I’d only go here if I had no other choice.
