First of all I had been going here for a couple of months. I liked it, but then they refuse service because of my daughter. Really??? Why wouldn’t they allow kids, plus she was sleeping! Never again going back here.

Clean, organized and well kept. I hope they sanitize their tools. Their spa chairs are replaced with new bags every time. Came on a Friday afternoon and didn’t wait too long. Little warm. There is no AC

This place is horrible. It hasn’t even 3 days and one of my nails already broke! They did a bad job. The worker I got was lazy and did a sloppy job! DO NOT COME HERE.

First time customer.
The «owner» is not friendly, this nail shop is not big on customer service at all, most of the nail technicians are very quite. The «owner» allowed 2 women to go ahead of me and I was there first & signed in, when I said something about it her response was «I thought you weren’t sure of the service you want.» There are only three nail technicians that can do a full set. I will not be returning to this nail shop. I wanted to try PolishMe nail bar because they have amazing designs but I would rather be treated better. I don’t recommend this nail shop.

2^nd visit here and loving the service! The atmosphere is very peace full. No kids running around which is the best part. This place is not cluttered up like others. The staff is very professional and they do not rush through their work. All the staff does a great job. I do recommend this place to anyone that loves a well done job!

As satisfied as I was with my nails yesterday after fixing a broken nail and getting a fill. unfortunately, didn’t last long another nail broke off today. They do a great job but sad the nails don’t last.

Great service ! Amazed at how well the nails are done! Kim is your go to girl to get designs on your acrylic nails. Definitely worth every penny, will be coming back !

I been coming here a while now and the more I come the more I push away from it.
For starters, they reuse old sponges and don’t sanitize equipment, they even use a plastic bag during pedicures just so they don’t have to sanitize it, that’s disgusting.
They use cheap gel, mma in there acrylic (look this is up you want to know more) and cheap products all around.
Today’s the last day I go here, I got the Pamper me Pedi which is «the best one» but honestly it looks like I did my pedicure myself, I could of done a better job too.
The first time I came here I loved my full set but everytime I would come back for a fill the gel would peel off within 3 days and the corners of my nail would begin to rise.
Don’t waste your money. I HIGHLY recommend you to look for a new salon that uses better products and does a better job, it’s better for your health and it would look much better trust me !!

I went to this place on Easter Sunday as it was the only opened nail shop around. I needed a new set asap so i decided to give it a try.
Pros:
Nice décor.
Looks extremely clean.
Designated drying station/​nail station
comfortable looking pedi chairs (did not get a pedi)
Cons:
They only take cash but do not have a sign that says so (this may have changed)
They do have a sign that says «Will charge $ 5 if you are a difficult customer» WTF? –_​_​–
The sign discourages customer to speak up about anything in fear of being charged for being difficult
Overall my nails were done fairly well a bit thicker than I am used to. I brought in my own white Essie nail polish and he did 2 coats and they were still very sheer. I blame the polish but the technician could have asked if I wanted a 3^rd coat. I ended up adding another coat the next day. They lasted about 3 weeks w/​o fill.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The bald guy was the one assigned to my nails. I asked for coffin cut and they’re squared! I told him I wanted them medium not long and he got mad and started talking crap. Subsequently, I asked for a polish that was on their ig post, he responded «idk you have to look for it.» I tried to look for it and he said «hurry up.» I said «look if you don’t have time I can go somewhere else.» The manager then offered to paint them. I asked her for help on the polish I had seen online and she said it was discontinued. I showed her another one and she said it was discontinued as well! I asked her for help on finding a polish similar to the one on their ig and she said, «you have to look for it.» I told her «look I’d rather go somewhere else and paint them there. I’m already not satisfied with your service.» She threatened to call the cops if I didn’t pay. She painted them and was extremely rude while painting them. I will not be coming back! I didn’t get my eyebrows as I intended to either. I will also tell all my friends to not come here! Horrible service!
Us women, look forward to spending some time at the nail shop. Unfortunately this isn’t the place to go! RUDE HORRIBLE SERVICE! The manager nor the employee felt the need to save a customer. They didn’t offer any help to resolve the dispute or ensure I was happy/​pleased.

Took my grandma to my favorite nail bar & spa and she loved it!

Pro: Clean, pedicure massage was amazing, painless wax.
Cons: I really did not like my new set. I said medium, I got short. One of my middle fingers is totally curved. Nail technician could not fix. Index Finger not smoothed properly. (See pictures)
Overall: High End Price For Low End Value

In keeping this review short and sweet, I’d be doing you a disservice.
I came to this nail salon as soon as it opened and was impressed with its cleanliness, the staff and the variety of OPI and Essie colors they offered. My last few visits have not been so great. I’ve done basic mani and gel too. My last non-​OPI gel manicure did not last more than a week since the color chipped right away.
I visited the nail salon over the weekend and it was nothing short of mediocre and poor. Here is what happened:
1. The guy that helped me did not use gloves and was visibly coughing the whole time. He admitted he had just started working and apologized for the coughing.
2. It was clear he did not know what he was doing. Every time he looked at my nails and tried to «clean» them, his hands seemed to shake.
3. He cleaned himself with the same towel he was using to clean/​dry my fingers (he did not dry my hands with the towel after that, thank goodness, because I would have said something!)
4. He did not remove my cuticles at all and was frustrated when I’d ask for him to address them. I hated feeling that I was more knowledgeable than he was at his job.
In conclusion, someone else finished up my basic manicure and I was pleased with her service. I am extremely disappointed in this salon for putting me through this experience. I regretted going and spending money on a manicure I could have provided for myself. Not only was the service poor but I feel they violated hygiene codes as well.
I will not go back to this salon. I only rated them two stars because my other visits were not that bad.

First time here and I’m pregnant so I needed to get pampered! The girl Yu and the guy Bo did just that! Oooh it feels great coming out of there! Thanks to the both of you, you did a great job! They were both very detailed and took their time with my mani and pedi and were very clean with their work. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Before I went Polish Me Nail Bar my nails were fine. I let them give me a fill and after that my acrylic started cracking on six of my nails. Lee did not take her time doing my nails, she was not thorough at all. To top it off the polish was horrible to. I could see streaks and lumps in my nails. I went to this nail shop because of the beautiful pictures on Instagram but obviously who ever is doing those nails do not work at Polish Me Nail Bar… don’t be fooled!
The reason I gave two stars is because I also had a pedicure done that day it the young lady who did my toes was very good my toes still look flawless. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but I won’t be going back!

I came here after reading reviews on Unilocal… parking spaces are very limited. Once inside the service was very fast on a Sunday afternoon.
However, just my luck I ended up with a lady that did a very sloppy job. I didn’t get her name but she was an older heavier set lady. When I kindly asked to fix one of my nails that looked all uneven from the edges she gave me a look and attempted to fix it but pretty much didn’t do anything. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it because they do have a sign saying you will get charged $ 10 if you are a pain…
My sister ended up with Crystal and her nails were very nice… so yes i do recommend this place just ask for the younger looking technicians as those seemed to do a better job.

Just to start I’m super picky so this was a delightful experience if I’m giving it 5 stars. Picky with my nails anyway. I don’t even get my hands done regularly because most places don’t do them well.
I found them from Unilocal and decided to try and now I will definitely be a regular. I questioned why they are cash only and to my surprise the manager actually took the time to explain to me why. The communication was easy, service was great, and the talent did not disappoint.
