Lynwood Park

Graffiti everywhere. it’s a public space to smoke and drink there is no public parking available they charge for public parking. Makes you think where our tax payers money’s go’s too. Zero stars.

Lynwood park is ok not all that. You see teens and adults drinking and smoking marijuana. Kids have been harassed and the play area needs to be cleaner.

Great skate park for the skater boys and girls. Other than that it’s a ghetto park, once the sun starts setting at 6.00 pm it starts smelling like SKUNK! Plus there’s been a couple of shoot outs by the basket ball court and tennis courts. So it’s a pretty ghetto park. I don’t know why some reviews say more parks should be like this lol. The person must be the one having the shoot outs and blazing with the homies. Lol nothing wrong with a little blaze or a friendly shoot out jk lol, but when soccer practices and baseball games for the kids are being held at this park, that’s when safety becomes a priority!

This park is more of a «kick it» spot for the Jr high and high school kids rather than a place to bring your children. I saw just a bunch of empty grass with kids on their phones standing around haha. There was also a couple of soccer players but that was about it. Nothing too amazing.

Come here for soccer and walk my dog, everyone is friendly and it is very bright at night thanks to the huge light towers around but there is to much tagging, to me street art is okay they have a public pool and baseball diamonds, tennis courts, etc love it

Wish we had more parks like this in Lynwood, CA. The park is great; lots of sports are played here in the evenings. Our son has played soccer and baseball the past few years since we’ve moved here. I love how I am allowed to walk my dogs around the park. A lot of places ban animals, which is sad. I feel safe walking and the dogs love meeting the other doggies from around the park. The park has picnic shelters, a tennis court, playgrounds, three baseball diamonds, two soccer fields, concession building, a nice size skate park and restrooms.
