Love the staff here because they always call me with reminders, the wait time is short and the nurses/​doctors are amazing with my son and self. I get follows ups within a week or as necessary and always at my convenience.

We like going to this clinic because of my son’s pediatrician. Her name is Dr. Hilson, she’s awesome. The reason for the one star rating is because of the way the clinic handles its business. There are no walk ins available and the staff can be rude and unprofessional. My last two visits here have consisted of my family being placed in a room waiting to be seen by a doctor only to be skipped by other patients with later appointments or not being warned that the doctor would be running late. A lot of these issues would have been cleared with the proper communication but the staff didn’t do anything to acknowledge any of them. We love our pediatrician but we feel that enough is enough. I’m sure their employees mean no harm but they really need to work on their professionalism.
