Have ordered from here a few times using both app and over the phone and our order is always wrong and usually takes over an hour even though they are less than a mile away. I think this is the last time I order from here. Service is horrible…
After 1.5 hours of waiting I just called back and cancelled my order this place is useless and should be shut down to make room for something else… and this is after I was told my order was only a few minutes away…

This people are just taking out of there mouth I have never had any bad… Experience with them @ all I have always picked up my pizza 15 min just like they say. never had me waiting for it. + every time I order online they always bring it on time and nice and hot … :p

I ordered a pizza and took More than an hour to arrive! I had to call twice and twice they gave me lame excuses as to why it was late. I love dominos pizza but my dislike for this type of bad service will always win… I will switch to a new location. I should’ve known better, my sister had warned me about this place.

Came in on a Saturday night around 12:30 am after work since they close at 1 am. I ordered 2 medium pizzas and was told «it’ll be 15 minutes.» I step outside to vape and start a conversation with my brother. All the time I noticed two female employees just talking to each other and not doing anything.
I began telling my brother, damn! it’s been a while because the guy doing deliveries had made a trip and we were still waiting. After 40 minutes we got fed up and asked if our order was ready. Girl said «oh yes, here you go» my order was just sitting there and they never told me. I was even looking inside and nothing, least they could’ve done is wave or say my order was ready.
Bad customer service! Also, no napkins, cheese or pepper. Why? Because they charge for it. Did I get a sorry? No! Not even a free drink for having me wait all that time.

The worst service ever 2 hours to get my pizza delivered called several times and was put on hold no one answer answered finally talked to the world’s stupedist «manager» Betty … she’s an idiot non apologetic at all… horrible horrible horrible

Second time they take over an hour to deliver even though the estimate said 32 mins. the online tacker said he was on his was… 45 mins later, no pizza. Both times it finally arrives and cold! Stay away. I called also and the person gave me nothing else but a «he’s on his way». Stay away from this place!

This establishment is horrible its ran by a family that employees only their family. Kind of explains the horrible customer service they offer to the people.
