This used to be my favorite and only pupuseria place. But one time I went and the salsa they gave me was nasty it smelled and tasted nasty like spoiled. So I told the girl and she brought a new one that tasted good, bit she didn’t offer to change my pupusa after she seen it all covered in the spoiled salsa. So I let it go Next time I ordered to go months later and same thing happened spoiled salsa. So unhappy plus when I was picking up my ordered I swear I saw the waitress putting the left over curtido on the bowl were they serve it from. So. Definitely not going back. Super disappointed.

Great place to eat and probably first salvadorean place where staff is not rude. It would be a five but they need to work on the wait. Food is good and prices reasonable.

Amazing food! Amazing prices! Very tasty and authentic… but…service sucks. The wait takes forever even for basic food items like eggs. The only way I’ll choose to eat here is calling 45 minutes ahead and getting take out(hopefully the food will be ready).

Larger sized pupusas that still taste good. You can also order from a larger variety of fillings than a typical place. Service just a bit slow. Still Recommend for pupusas

La comida esta buena. No es la mejor, pero esta bien. El servicio es muy malo. Se terminan las bebidas y no ofrecen más. Ahy que estar parando los meseros y pedir.

Ok been here many times but this last time i went it was horrible service, we waited over 45minutes for a simple soup order seemed like people they knew where getting served and us regular clients where left out in the cold horrible…

Love love love this place. We have been coming here for years. It’s not an attractive place to dine at but the food is authentic and delicious.

This place is by far the best pupuseria in Los Angeles. This is my family’s numer one place to eat El Salvadorean food. Try the«spinich and cheese or revuelta pupusa» it is amazing! Only things I would change in the restaurant is that it sometimes gets hot inside because of the stove and the décor could use an update. Reasons not that important to mark them down any stars for plus the staff is very nice always. I really have never left disappointed or unhappy with the service.

My family and I have been coming here for years. We come here when we want some authentic Salvadorean food. Some of my favorite items are platanos fritos, empanadas, pasteles, and quesadilla. Yumm. The pupusas are SOOO good here. I’ve tried just about all kinds, bean/cheese, revueltas, queso con loroco, de arroz all so good, depends what I’m in the mood for. Staff is really friendly and pretty much know us by name. The wait time can be a little long but worth the wait, if we’re in a hurry we call ahead for take out instead.

A little crazy in there since most time they only have few employees. The food is sooo good and price is great. I always order my food to go cause takes like 30 min to make the food. Homemade of course.

Picked up dinner and it was a hit. Staff was very welcoming and courteous. Pupusas were oozing cheese and flavor. Definitely adding this place to our list of restaurants.

Some of the best pupusas in town. My mom highly recommends this place, which is saying a lot. The pupusas are good and not greasy. You also don’t wait too long for your food. The restaurant itself needs some repairs and work done. The food makes up for the look of the restaurant though.

I liked it! I’m Salvadorean and I refuse to buy Pupusas anywhere since I can get them at home, but I did have to get at least one It was worth the price, golden and full of cheese as close to the edge as possible, good taste too. It was 4 adults and 2 kids and we spent under $ 50. one plate each and drinks. It’s a little small, but still comfortable enough, they have a jukebox and Antenna TV’s almost everywhere. I will go back just not running.

This place is DELICIOUS! If you are in the mood for some authentic Central American food, this is the place! Service is always great, their staff is super friendly, accommodating and helpful. The food like I said before is delicious, their drinks(ensaladas, horchatas, etc) are great! We come here often when in the mood for casamiento with huevo frito and platanos. yummo! And their tipica plate… bomb!!! Their food is made fresh to order, so there can be a delay sometimes. Its best to call in order ahead if you are in a rush. They opened up another one in South Gate, but I dont think its as good as it is here. So, if your in the area for this one — its definitely a must to stop at.
