This place is awful. The owner right away asked if I had gotten my lip waxed, which I had at a different location, and continued to comment on the bumps on my lip. He asked where I had gotten it done and I said I didn’t know the name and he told me they did a bad wax job. After I told him that I had gotten my eyebrows and lip threaded, not waxed, he asked why I didn’t like wax. I told him my skin is very sensitive and I didn’t like the heat and being burned and he proceeded to tell me those places didn’t know how to wax if they burned me. Which is true but I already explained I didn’t like waxing and was annoyed with his 21 questions. As he was scraping the soles of my feet he used the roughest bad and scraped the top of my foot for some unknown reason. After pulling my foot away and asking him to stop he did it once more and then stopped. When it came time to lotion and massage my feet and legs, he popped my toes and massaged the lotion into the already raw area from the scraper he used on top of my foot. Then as my polish was drying, both owners had left and I was there alone. I had to wait an extra 5 minutes before someone came out to check on me so I could pay. As im paying the lady owner asked me where I got my eyebrows waxed and I gave her the same answer that I didn’t know the name, she asked if it was wax and I said threading. She asked how much and then she told me it was too much and she’d do a way better job and make it look better. I have never given a bad review but this was absolutely painful and irritating!

If I could give zero stars, believe me I would… Went in with a friend during our lunch break today. The two people there were laying on the couch at the store front, under a blanket together, VERY unprofessional. My friend and I proceeded to the color racks to pick out our nail polish and the woman asked if we wanted to do shellac, I thought about it for a second and then decided not to. The woman kept trying to push me to do shellac and asked me at least another 2 – 3 times, each time I would say no. Sat down at the chair next to my friend and the woman and man sat across from us to do our nails. My friend and I tried to talk with each other but at the same time, the couple was having a conversation as well, a very loud conversation in a different language. I don’t know what they were talking about, but when you have patrons at your store, be kind and courteous and allow them to have their own conversation. I had previously had shellac on my nails and I believed that the esthetician would have known to file my nails down more due to different coats of polish the shellac had left on my nails but he didn’t. Once the polish was on and I was drying my nails, I noticed bumps under the polish on every single nail. My entire manicure is flawed. As we were checking out, I pointed out how displeased I was with my manicure, so they said I could come back at any time to get it fixed. So I went back to work and showed my coworkers what a poor job they did and told them about the poor service we had received and they told me to go back and ask for a refund. So, I went back to ask for refund after work. The woman was sitting on the couch again and the man was sitting in one of the pedicure massage chairs. I explained to them that I’d like a refund because my manicure was poorly done and that I would rather take that money to my normal manicurist. The woman said they don’t do refunds and said she would redo them for me. But I would rather be out the $ 15 than to sit in their chair again while they talk to each other loudly during a time that should be relaxing for me. Do not get your nails done here. The manicurists are rude, unprofessional, and definitely do not treat their patrons as VIP.

Worst visit I went in after a long week of work expecting to finally be able to relax, So I can get yelled at by a EMPLOYEE after explaining to him how i wanted my nails to be done. He was mad that i told him a part of the brush hair was left on my nail he then started pressing extra hard on my nails and CUT my side skin off. I asked him if he was mad or in a hurry and he was like NO!(he yelled that by the way.) i then asked to talk to a manger and he didnt want that. I asked if he could vet someone to do my nails I didnt want him to do them anymore he was hurting me and i felt his vibe. Point is I have been here before but NEVER received such horrible service. I work at a hotel as front desk and get alot of ladies asking where is a good nail shop I will make sure to never send anyone here. I HOPE A MANAGERORANOWNERCONTACTME.

Wonderfully relaxing pedicure. They got me right in and eased my legs and feet. I even treated my feet to a tiny jeweled flower. The staff is really pleasant, very friendly!
