The lady with the short blonde hair is very rude, and she seems to be there whenever I go in. I go out of my way to another ups for this reason.

Don’t go here on December 15th, when one of the employees called in with car problems so there was only one woman working, and the lady in line ahead of you brought in piles of presents, all going to different addresses and needing separate packing and boxing. The employee occasionally took someone else (ahead of me who was next in line), saying they would keep staring at her if she didn’t help them!

and Pam was the most helpful and friendly attendant that I have ever encountered at a ups store. The customer service was fantastic. It had the feel of a small town store. I loved it! I will be returning soon!

Very friendly and helpful staff. It is so easy to drop off packages for Amazon returns, eBay shipments etc. I purchased a roll of shipping tape and also learned that they can receive my shipments when I am out of town. Some great services available here! If you need an offsite mailbox or someone to sign for a shipment when you are not available.
