I can’t even begin to tell you what exceptional service and quality jewelry this store provides. I found my «dream ring» here almost a year ago. Todd, the owner took such great care of me and worked with us to find the perfect diamond. His follow through, care, and service were over the top excellent! I worked for Nordstrom in college and have a pretty high standard for service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store to anyone. I LOVE my ring and couldn’t be happier!

I wanted to write an update: I got my new ring here a few months ago and I just couldn’t be happier! I wanted a custom made yellow beryl ring in a halo setting. I get lots of compliments on the ring and it’s literally everything I ever wanted :) love it! Thank you Michael for being so knowledgeable on all the different stones and designers! You’re the best.

I went to The Jewelry Source to get an engagement ring refurbished and resized. I had heard many great things about this place via word of mouth and I was glad to find that were all true. This is a great place to get work done on existing pieces because everything is done in the store. They do not send your valuable piece out to a third party like many corporate chains do. Todd was very friendly, accessible, and extremely knowledgable. He was there every step of the way; Reviewing the piece with me, Helping me go over my options, getting my girlfriend’s finger sized, keeping me posted on the progress of the work. He even did an appraisal so I now I have records and feel very knowledgeable about the piece. The work is quality. The jeweler turned an old piece into a ring that looks brand new and I am very happy with the way it turned out. The work was completed in a timely manner. A wonderful local and family owned business to which I will be returning!

I would like to know who is giving these glowing reviews .This place is overpriced and a rip off .I had a ring repaired here about 8 years ago(the repair price was double what I was told) it broke again so I took it to another shop and they charged me half what these people did 8 years ago and said they would stand behind it. Also I took some gold I had in to see what they would give me a while back, I got double from a place down the road on the same day. So much for spot pricing. Update: I am raising my rating as my daughter has a ring repaired here and it turned out beautiful and the price was fair. Things may have changed since I did business here I hope so as this is nice very store, not a chain and it is easy to access.

I went here and was instantly amazed at the level of professionalism, knowledge, and customer service that was given. Todd helped me with my engagement every step of the way. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed to make my moment as special as possible. One small example is how he listened to me explain that I planned to propose to my girlfriend(now wife) as we passed below a bridge on a private gondola. He knew it would be poorly lit so he have me a ring box that was equipped with a small led light that shined on the diamond when I had the box open. It was truly amazing. The diamond sparkled under the bridge and looked like light shot out of all the facets from every angle. This is the kind of service you can expect from the jewelry source crew. Not to mention the pricing was very competitive. To be honest with the kind of service and help they gave me I would have gladly paid more if I had too. These guys are great and I truly believe this is the kind of service you don’t find in every store anymore. They made it a personable and warm experience and knew every detail of my purchase whenever I stopped back in to check on things or visit. It wasn’t cold and corporate like other jewelry shops. So In closing I just want to say thank you Todd and JS family for making my journey easy, and truly memorable!!!

Great experience. They are the Les Schwab of Jewelry stores. Very personable, guick to help and no charge to reset two stones while I waited. Above and beyond given I didn’t buy the ring there. Will definitely go there again

I took my ring here to have it resized and I met with one of the owners, Todd. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable, he told me a lot about my ring and the cut without me even asking. The pricing to have the ring sized was definitely fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend this jeweler to anybody! I was very impressed with The Jewelry Source and their customer service. You can definitely tell they care about their customers and just want to do the best for them! I will definitely be using them in the future.

You will get a straight deal with Todd at The Jewelry Source. Several days ago my girlfriend and I went into The Jewelry Source in Lynnwood to sell some old gold and diamonds. As we walked in we were immediately greeted by Todd. He invited us over to the counter and we sat down and got to work. Todd didn’t skip a beat in our conversation as he meticulously inspected the jewelry and he effortlessly sorted our pieces into appropriate karat weights and values while he got to know us on a more personal level. He seemed genuinely interested in our lives and that makes any situation a lot more comfortable and a lot less cold. He was also very up front about how he valuates pieces, even going so far as to show the computerized report from his diamond network regarding the value of our stone. One thing I couldn’t help but notice was the fact that many of the customers who were walking in were greeted by their first names, which tells me that this is a business that takes their customers seriously and has a good amount of repeat business. Once our metals were priced we were given as much time as necessary to decide what we wanted to do as far as selling, trading or keeping our pieces. He even poured me a cup of coffee while I waited; A very nice touch. After making our decision about our pieces we received a check on the spot without any hassles at all. Knowing how this could have gone I entered the situation cautiously optimistic because you hear horror stories all the time about jewelers. But this was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be coming back to Todd at The Jewelry Source in Lynnwood again and you should too.

I am very impressed by both the quality of service and selection at the Jewelry Source. In my current job, I cater to a lot of high end clientele and have come to learn what it means to be customer service driven. In other words, I’m a pretty discerning person when it comes to quality, communication and customer support. I also do love a fair price. The treatment that I received from Todd was top notch. He and his team worked on a ring for me, replacing a new stone in the center. When they was done, not only did they do a great job, but he came in at close to 50 percent under the estimated cost! I am also having him sell some watches for me and he’s doing it at a fair price. I highly recommend the Jewelry Source!

I knew some folks at the Jewelry Source when my now-wife and i were first shopping for wedding rings several years ago. I tell you what – it’s no secret I’m a frugal person, but there are some things that you brace yourself to be paying more than you imagined. We did the tour – Shane Company, the Jewelry Exchange in the south end… and then came to the Jewelry Source. Of all the stores, the Jewelry Exchange was the least«salesy» and offered looks we didn’t see at the other stores. We didn’t buy right away there… this was a big decision and we had to think it all over… but we came back and purchased our rings there and have been proud of that decision ever since. There are lots of intricacies when it comes to diamonds, gold, precious stones… a slick-talking sales guy at a chain store may sell you something less than you think you’re buying… but at the Jewelry Exchange, they’ll show you quality everything with a fair mark-up. Hey, they’ve got to make money to stay in business, especially in this economy when luxuries like jewelry are the first things to go. But since then, they’ve bought some old gold jewelry from me… and a couple of times a year, I bring my wife’s wedding ring in for a free cleaning and stone inspection. When you find someone like the Jewelry Source who you can trust, you want to tell folks about them. I noticed someone in this collection of reviews had a less-than-positive experience, but just complained about it… and didn’t try to fix it. The owner reached out and there was no response from the complainer. Please consider the source. I don’t 5-star everyone when I review them, but the gang at the Jewelry Source have been straight shooters for decades and just plain good folks. I hope you’ll give them a chance at your business.

Good customer service and they make beautiful jewelry. But wanted to charge my then-fiancé and I $ 1200 to melt down gold rings we already had and form them into new(uncomplicated) rings. We ended up using the old ones for our wedding bands for free.

The Jewelry Source is the ONLY way to go. My sister in law got her wedding ring/band here and her mother have been going to this jeweler for over 20 years. My husband picked out my engagement ring and wedding band from here. Since we live in California he told Micheal(the best jewelry salesman there is) when he’d be back in town and what he was looking for. On the next visit, my husband met with Micheal and he had diamonds flown in from various places so my husband can pick which diamond went best with the setting he’d pick out. And I must say, he did an amazing job! I get compliments on my ring all the time. I also bought my husband’s band here as well and it turned out magnificient. I love this place so much that we always go back to get our rings cleaned when we’re in Seattle. Once you trust a jeweler, don’t go astray. Hold on to them like a good hairdresser. They’re hard to find! They carry Simon G!!! Unique, classic and classy. Who’s Tiffany’s?

I’m not very happy with the Jewelry Source. I’ve stopped in before and was highly impressed with the customer service I received. I had never purchased anything, but was more than willing to return based on how the employees treated me, plus I like supporting a local, non-chain business. However, I will never return to the Jewelry Source again. My boyfriend took a ring to get it re-sized as a Valentine’s gift. When he called in to ask about a re-size he was told it would be around $ 40. The manager also asked if he wanted it rhodium plated and so he said sure. He said it would be a little bit more with the rhodium plating. When my boyfriend picked up the ring, the total cost came to $ 112.00 with tax. The manager said it was because of the rhodium plating and that something came loose with the stone. I called the manager and he said that he told my boyfriend it would cost more and that gold and rhodium plating is expensive. Fine, but don’t quote something like $ 40 and then charge over double when he goes to pick it up and blame it on the rhodium plating. To me, it’s pretty deceiving. The owner said that he only told my boyfriend that it wouldn’t be anywhere near $ 150 to have it taken care of. Is it just me, or is $ 112 a lot closer to $ 150, than $ 40 is? I also called around to other jewelry places, and was told that resizing usually around $ 40 and includes rhodium, and that it only costs more if there are some issues with the integrity of the ring or prongs etc. In addition other places I spoke with said that once they quote a price, they don’t ever charge more and even with issues the price is never near $ 100.00. Lesson learned.
