Such slow service in a major chain should be unacceptable to their leadership. Three people working with almost no customers in the building but it takes 10 minutes to get a latte.

It’s a mall Starbucks so how much can you expect from the place. Being a mall employee that opens m-​f u frequent the place and Sara who was on that coffee bar is rude and unpleasant. Yes I ordered a water but you offer free waters and I forgot my water bottle. Trust honey you’ll make enough money today. She Angelou filled my cup, set it in the counter, tossed the straw and didn’t say a word. No, if you can’t handle customer service then go work somewhere else. Maybe Sara should have called out today

Got her this morning and they saw us coming. Had our order before we had a chance to ask. They are always friendly best customer service ever! Ty is great if give her a raise.

This Starbucks is right by the mall food court, and is easy to pop into on your way inside. It’s a little cramped, and the seating is limited, but there is plenty of seating outside at picnic tables. Our favorite place to sit inside is to the left on the leather chairs — too bad there aren’t more! The staff has always been friendly, and the coffee is up to starbucks standards.

Everyone here are very friendly! You normally get the daily mall walkers or workers that come to this Starbucks.
When u pull into the Alderwood mall, you’ll see this place right across the Loews theater. I highly suggest you grab a shot of espresso before entering the mall, it can help out a lot :) especially those who need that extra caffein boost.
