Satori Studio 12

Satori is much more of an experience than a regular old appointment at a salon. I felt at peace and with peace while receiving my haircut at Satori. I immediately felt comfortable in the space and felt relieved to not have to deal with bright, flashy lights and decorations with rave music thumping through the room like other salons. The environment was calm and peaceful right down to the colors on the walls, the art displayed and the music playing. Its the greatest place to visit on weekend off.
Jodie asked me what I wanted and thoroughly explained each step, which made me feel like we were always on the same page. I
I was given a scalp massage and a shampoo that put a lot of built up stress at ease.
I also truly appreciated the remarkable customer service! Its been YEARS since I’ve gotten a haircut that I’ve loved this much. I also truly appreciated that after receiving my haircut, I was able to continue my day without stopping at home to brush off extra hair or showering.
Jodie also suggested what types of products I should use to maintain my new style and taught me how to style it the way she did.
Needless to say, I have a new and permanent hairstylist. Satori is where it’s at!

Because this studio is located inside a business center I was expecting to walk into a small, uninviting, dark place. Instead I walked into a very bright and open environment. The studios look like they’re located on an Italian street not a business center. The other salon owners smiled and were friendly when I walked through. Finding Satori was no problem at all as each studio is clearly marked. I felt like I was at a spa and Jodie did a fabulous job with my hair. Also, her zen themed studio made me instantly at ease and it’s clear that she has years of experience with salons.
