This place is a shithole. I suggest you don’t work here or shop here. I’ve seen nothing but rude managers and grumpy employees. My guess is that management doesn’t treat their employees with respect because it seems like there’s a high turn over at this store. I’m surprised they’re still in business since it’s always empty. Danny is a dick and should be fired. I will be telling everyone I know not to go to Rite Aid.

Every time I go in I’m greeted all the time by the older ladies and one gentleman. They always ask me how’s my day been or what not. It’s nice even though it really is just small talk. Although it really can take one bad apple to ruin it for the customers who come in almost on a daily basis. I don’t know her name but she’s young and blonde. I swear she acts like she really hates her job. She’s always short and rude. I really hate that. I’m not looking for someone to boost my mood but I don’t want leave with a bad one either. I really don’t like coming in when she works. She’s mutters under breath and I don’t what about even just dealing with her makes me tense. I get everyone can have a bad day every now and then but every day? Please fix. I come here a lot.

I come into this rite aid occasionally, usually the cashiers seem tired and annoyed. I was in there recently not knowing they closed at 9, picked up a few items and I went to check out, the cashier standing at the register told me they were closed and i couldn’t pay for my items. I looked at my clock it was 9:01.
That is the last time I will ever go into that rite aid, terrible customer service, he didn’t even apologize.

Twice so far, only two time’s in two years. Had prescriptions called in. Nope no one called it in. So wait for 20 min. Last time it was 45 min so we shall see. While waiting, old guy comes in. Returning a prescription that they gave him the day prior. Was for another person! Omg! He was lucky he read it before taking it. This happened to my father in law, almost killed him. BEWARE! This is dangerous. WOW!!!

I have filled my prescriptions here for 2 years now and I finally give up! They never have what I need on hand and never give me options! They screw up prescriptions and say «I don’t know»! They have officially lost me as a customer! I want to give this place 0 stars but Unilocal won’t let me post without! Walgreens gets my business now! At least they speak English!
