Pizza Hut

I realize that it’s probably a fool’s errand to give any kind of chain restaurant a review, but tonight I feel compelled to share my experience in the vague hope that this company’s management gives a rip and actually tracks how they are performing.
The whole point of being a chain is to be a reliable go-​to place for John Q. Public from border to border and coast to coast, and PizzaHut is that — reliably good food, specifically pizza, that tastes the same wherever you go. Tonight I was famished, tired as hell, and I love their deep-​dish pizza, so I tried to call in an order for delivery.
So much for that. I called in at 9:30 PM after a long day, on a weeknight, and I’m ten minutes on the phone’s hold line and being blathered to by the intensely annoying marketing recordings on endless recycle telling me that everybody’s busy right now or whatever and then the marketing crap again and again.
Then my call got dropped. So wow, great, I’d be the low man on the totem pole if I called back and who knows if I wouldn’t get dropped again after another ten minutes? Cripes, I don’t have until midnight to mess around with this, I need to eat already.
So I just called a competitor who I will not name and, badabing, an actual living, breathing, speaking human being answered the damn phone within one minute and told me I’d have my order delivered in about a half hour.
Draw your own conclusions. Such a shame.

The general manager of this location is a prick, He is combative and likes to argue.

The delivery guys add extra money to their tips! BEWARE! This has happened to me two times so far.

I make an order and it says an hour and forty minutes, it’s Sunday at 9… really this is the rush hour pizza time. Ok in case it is that’s my mistake I can get over it, but then realize oh no I messed up my sauces, since I can’t make adjustments online to the order, I call, I proceed to be on hold for 23 minutes, 2…3… (Let me just suggest if your going to expect people to wait on hold for more then a couple minutes just go with elevator music or some s***, I now loath everything that was on the advertising loop at this point in my life) Ok you know what, your busy case in point 1 hr and 40 min delivery time stated prior. The thing that actually pissed me off was that when you do finally answer, I make the change and as Im about to ask to check on something about the order (seeing as I finally had you on the phone anyhow), you f****** hang up on me…
I’m just holding out hope that this pizza is delicious and all will be right in the world again.

Had amazing customer service the guy who helped my family his name was John Cody and he was really great and so was the food thank you so much for the amazing food and experience we will be coming here again shortly :)

Very incompetent staff. We’ve gotta the wrong food delivered before, they’ve been up to 30 minutes late, we’ve gotten pizza that wasn’t really cut, cold pizza. All these things happened over a couple of different deliveries but i’ve giving up on this store. Going to get our pizza from somewhere else from now on.

The first pizzas we ordered here had literally two drops of the balsamic dressing that we ordered on top. After turning around and asking them to put more on, we were told they ran out. We asked for another drizzle instead. After the second attempt, we came home and found that Elisabeth, our cashier had DRENCHED our pizzas in the sriracha drizzle.
It was close to closing time so I can understand being frustrated but there is no way that there should be that much sauce put on the pizza, completely ridiculous…

I ordered the pizza and had them delivered for me like around 10 pm but it not what I order so I had to drove to the Pizza Hut and ask for the right one. But the blonde hair lady that work there so rude to me. She was totally upset to me and I keep saying that I’m so sorry for whatever that was mistake but it not what I ordered. So she ask me if I want her to make me a new one but it gonna look exactly the same no matter how many times they remake it. And the she disappeared for like 15, we were talking and she just left me for not telling me anything. And then come back to me and ask so what do you want? Omg bad customer service seriously!
Then I waited for 40 mins. I have to walk up to the registration and ask about my order. And they told me. They already delivered to my house. Then my husband called me up and said the pizza man just dropped the pizza off. Why wouldn’t I be home by then. Omg. I was there. Why would she delivered to my house. So I asked her why she did that. She said she thought I’m not waiting. That’s bull shit.

This was my go to store since 5+ years ago. It’s close to where we live and they always have our food in time. The service is a little meh, but come one it’s a carry out place. My issue and why I’m giving it 2 stars, they are always out of pineapple! Our order always includes a Hawaiian pizza, it’s a family favorite. Since we place orders online it won’t tell you if they are out but you will get a call from them saying they are. This has happen multiple times, I say in the past 3 years the times its happened has been ⁹⁄₁₀. Little tip for the management, the pineapple is canned I doubt it will perish in a month if you store it! Keep it in stock! Bye to lynnwood Pizza Hut!

I ordered a pizza for delivery a few days ago using their online option. Which I liked, I don’t get cell service in my home so it was nice to be able to order a pizza without a dropped call. My pizza was 8 min late, and they didn’t follow my «special instructions «which was more for fun anyways so I didn’t mind. the pizza was rather delicious, and the hot wings were pretty impressive as well. I don’t normally write reviews for my good experiences which is probably 90% of the problem for most people. but I rely on reviews for my daily choices with food and other services so I thought I’d leave a possitive one.
Our delivery guy was very nice! Pizza was good, I’ll be ordering again soon. :)

Usually okay, but recently the pizzas have arrived cold. The deals are really good and if you experience poor service, you can usually get another bad pizza free in return.

I’m giving two stars because I received food from them, and it’s edible, but that’s about it.
I’ve ordered delivery from this store several times, but I’m done with that. Every single time I’ve ordered from here, the order has been missing something. This time, it was cheese sticks (which were part of the deal I ordered — pizza, drink and side), last time it was the soda (driver had to go to the store to buy a 2 liter since he forgot it, and the store was closer than PH), before that, all the sauces (ended up just eating the cost, and missing out on dips), etc… Tonight, I called when I realized the cheese sticks were missing (you’d think I would have learned to check by now), and they said they’d send a driver out with them, and an additional free order of cheese sticks. Driver just showed up over an hour later. Sticks are in a bag, not the usual box, and grease is already leaking through. Also, my kiddo who really wanted the cheese sticks is already in bed since we ordered the food over 2 hours ago, so I guess she’ll have to wait until tomorrow, and hope the bag doesn’t stick to the cheese. I’m just tired of it. I ordered from here because the food is cheap, but you really get what you pay for (or don’t, I guess). The food is mediocre, and it’s a hassle to try to make sure you get everything you paid for. From now on I’ll be willing to spend a little more to get delivery from a place with better food and better service.

We tried this Pizza Hut today because it was on our way home, and we NEVER do so again.
First, they had our order completely wrong. We ordered a Large 2 topping pan pizza, and received a Large ½ one topping, ½ another topping, hand tossed pizza. When picking it up, I figured «no big deal, this little mess up isn’t worth making them redo it, we’ll still eat it.» Again, I was wrong. The dough was not good, and had almost no sauce on the pizza at all!
Second, the pizza was cut up completely wonky. Some slices were 2 inches on the outside, while others were 5 inches! This isn’t something a pizza place should be messing up so badly. They were also not cut all the way through, and only had an indent on the top layer. We had to re-​cut it ourselves at home.
We normally order delivery from the Pizza Hut in EDMONDS, and have had absolutely no issues at all! In the future, if we need to do a pick up order again, we will happily go out of our way to avoid the Lynnwood location.

We usually get our pizzas from the Edmonds Pizza Hut and they are always amazing. We ordered from this store and our pizza was completely disgusting. The cheese was thick and seemed like it was old or something. I called and told the manager that we could not eat it and he completely brushed me off like I was being ridiculous. He clearly doesn’t care about customer service. He just told me that his cheese isn’t old and he made my pizza himself and it was fine. Needless to say, I will only order from the Edmonds store from now on!

Not on the right location for good people.
I went to pick up my order and was surrounded by a bunch of duds and some of them were even sitting on the counter. When I went back to my car, someone already keyed my car.

I will never go to this Pizza Hut again. Although the food was great, the customer service was terrible. The cashier repeated the order back wrong four times, and even though I corrected her, our order still came out wrong. Every time I have ordered from here they get the order wrong and forget to add a topping– which is ridiculous considering the price and the time you have to wait.

Well after trying other pizza hut locations and round table pizza restaurant, I can say that this pizza hut restaurant makes near to perfect pizza. I am impressed not only by pizza maker but pizza sales associate too. Very friendly and delicious pizza !! I would recommend them to all pizza lovers, try it once and stick to it !!

It was weird. I called about a coupon online and they said it was invalid but when I ordered it the coupon actually worked. The pizza was done right and tasted yummy so that’s what matters.

I’ve ordered from this store exactly once.
I got a pretty good deal, a medium pizza, bread sticks, and cinnasticks for $ 9.99. I ordered online and had no issues. My driver was on time but apparently in a hurry … and my pizza was cooked through, but not burnt. That’s pretty much all I’m looking for from a Pizza Hut. Good job.

For a Pizza Hut, this is a good one! I was very impressed upon calling to place my delivery order — the woman on the phone was incredibly nice (kept calling me «Miss Kelly» — thought that was sweet). Ordered the dinner box. For $ 19.99 you get enough food for 2 people for days (or a gaggle of girls for movie night).
For an old time favorite, this is the place.
