Food is 3.5 stars however this place has a huge SANITARY issue. I think they changed owners and since then the place is DIRTY!!! Everything from the forks to the utensil holder is very concerning! Please clean this place up!!!

The staff here is awesome! My mom and I have loved this place for years and go here every time we want phở! I introduced my mother in law to it and now its her and her husband’s favorite place to! They have a very family oriented vibe. If you go there more than a couple of times they memorize your order and how you like it.

This place has a bad atmosphere, and the phở is not that great, don’t know what happened but it used to be good here. They have a dirty and overcrowded kitchen hardly clean the tables, no music or television to watch, also it is always cold when you eat inside, their are so many places that are better! They don’t devain the shrimp soup is old.

Last minute to order bulk orders. Although I didn’t place a pre-order, they made it. Décor was typical phở place. Friendly staff. Greeted right away and helpful. Ordered egg rolls, pork stir fry and pork fried rice. Also had a pork banh mi while I waited for the bulk order. The banh mi was ok. There were onions instead of daikon. Pork was shaped like a sausage. It was different. I won’t order again since it’s too different from Vietnamese style. Egg rolls looked more like Filipino style with the wrapper and not rice paper. It was very good though. Fried rice and stir fry were really good. My guests loved it.

I do not like to give bad reviews, but this place raises some concerns about food safety. The phở tasted off almost like liver or as if was on the edge of expiring. This is the first time I have not licked the bowl clean, I am fat and have no shame, I was honestly worried about getting sick. In addition every spoon reeked of bleach, not the freshly sanitized with the proper amount of bleach to water, but just straight up dipped in pure bleach. My Mrs. had concerns about the chicken bhan mi, the meat was darker than usual. Think Cash and Carry factory chicken thighs left in terryaki sauce all night. In addition to the possibility of food poisoning the service was like something organized by Seattle city council: confused and far from reaching the deadline. The Phở came 15 minutes before the bhan mi and the spring rolls came well after that. In fact we were about to leave when dude told us they were coming shortly. Luckily we did not have anywhere to be They were not worth the wait, Think of something from a box stamped Military Issue This place has the potential for gastrointestinal distress and is worth neither the money or the time wasted… never again

My husband and I ate here yesterday after a long day. I think this is now my favorite Phở place! I ordered the vegetarian-broth Phở with veggies and tofu. For an additional $ 1.50 I got extra tofu and was so delighted with my meal. My bowl came with freshly crispy-fried-onions on top and enough tofu to make me giggle in food-heaven! The broth had a very good flavor(not greasy at all) and I commented that the veggies were the best I’d ever tasted in Phở. Just perfect. Cannot wait to eat here again! My husband is a meat eater. He ordered the medium-rare beef and beef brisket combination Phở. He commented he ended up liking the brisket better. We both ordered larges. He was not able to even finish all of his meat because he was too full.

Slow service. But… the food was GOOD. Fresh ingredients, prepared to order. I’ll not eat here in a rush, but when I have plenty of time.

My favorite phở place. I moved south, and miss this place. I alway try to go the if I’m in the area. Rare stake phở and house special are very good.

When I am in the Alderwood area and craving phở, this is my go-to spot. Now as to why I give it 3 stars, let me explain. The take-out wait is excrutiatingly long. And the grilled meat(especially pork) lacks flavor and a good texture. The phở itself is good, flavorful broth, and I like the texture of the meat. Fresh spring rolls are huge and the sauce is delicious. Bathroom was quite gnarly. No toilet paper on the roll, was chillin on top. The floors and walls are in desperate need of a good scrub. I will probably stick to take-out, call 20 minutes ahead, and not use the bathroom.

Large amounts of Phở are usually made ahead of time. Why is that I have time write a Unilocal review while still in the restaurant. Food quality is good, and prices are not definitely not the cheapest I’ve seen. Hence the two star rating. But the one thing that I’ve witness here multiple times from different customers is the inability to communicate. I understand there’s a language barrier but it’s hard to rate good service when you’re waiting long, and getting the wrong order. Definitely moving the place down on my list of phở places to go to.

I have tried the sandwiches here twice and both times it sucked. The bread is not crunchy at all and there was barely anything in it.

Price: reasonable Service: slow. slow slow Phở should not take longer than 10 – 15 mins if the name of your restaurant starts with Phở. I had to ask for a set of Utensil to eat my Phở and then I had to ask for a small dipping sauce to go with my Phở. No one even came by and asked if we needed anything else. I don’t get about these small restaurants. It’s small enough that you should be able to make your rounds and check on your customers/diner. There seems to be no system in place of organization.

I don’t usually write negative reviews but I just have to this time. One word, disgusting. It is pretty much as dirty as it could have gone. There was Makeup marks on the cups and it’s obviously visible that it was not washed. I asked for extra tendon, it was frozen, by the time it melted in my phở, the broth was room temperature. to add to all of this, they’re fairly expensive for just a phở place. I’ve had phở for the past 20 years, in 15 different states and this was probably in the bottom five. I do not recommend this place if you care about cleanliness, and fresh broth because the amount of sodium that was in my broth was far beyond normal, did I forget to mention I got vegetarian broth? I took pictures of the cups see for your self…

We were greeted as soon as we entered. About 10 minutes to get our orders. The table next to us got their phở before our stir fried lunches. After 20 minutes our food was delivered. We heard a lot of talking in the kitchen and since we had been waiting quite a while, we couldn’t help wondering whether the chef was fully productive. Ordered beef vermicelli and chicken vegetable stir fried. The chicken was obviously teriyaki thigh sliced up. I would have preferred fresh chicken. Not much favor or sauce — maybe the reason for fish sauce on the side. Got a 3 star for the beef. All in all flavor was lacking. Service too.

After having experienced so many other bad phở places, it made me appreciate how much better this place really is. This has come to be one of my come-to places in the Alderwood area because there’s ample parking, they’re fast, and the phở is decent. While there are options in the International District that are way better, for Lynnwood, this place is good.(And better than anywhere in Issaquah I’ve found thus far.)

I enjoy coming here… Friendly staff and good selection of dishes. I usually order the phở ga(chicken phở). They are generous with their meat portions and my bowl was happily overflowing with goodness. Phở deserves 3 stars. An additional starr added for great friendly service.

This is a very small restaurant, not too many tables. The servers were friendly, but the service was very spotty. They would forget things we asked for, and it was hard to flag them down — which is strange in such a small space. My young son spilled his water, and we had to seek out extra napkins(again and again) to clean it all up, and we never got a replacement water for him. My husband had to go up to the front counter repeatedly to ask for or grab utensils/napkins/etc. The pacing of the food was annoying — spring rolls came out first, then the phở, then the crispy egg rolls waaaay later. We didn’t even bother eating the egg rolls there and took them home. The phở broth was sweet, and it was not hot. But the spring rolls were awesome — they add pickled radish and carrots(presumably what they put in banh mi), which adds a nice crunch and flavor. Not sure the spring rolls alone warrant a return visit, though.

It is always a good day when I am not too lazy to drive out to Lynwood for phở. I love this place. The best spring rolls, and the peanut sauce is the best I’ve ever had. Of all the phở places I’ve been to this is definitely my favorite.
