Stores may be fine but, I live in MA. My sister, who lives in WA, sent me a gift certificate. The website wouldn’t take it. I had to call. The customer service person didn’t know how to process the gift cert. and then said her computer crashed and she would call me right back to complete the order. About 24 hours later, I called them because, guess what, no call. The person I got the second day did know how to process it. He asked me for an email to send shipping notifications. I told him clearly I only wanted shipping notifications – no solicitations. He assured me that he was putting that in the file and it would be respected. I just opened my email to find – you got it – a sales solicitation. This company has been nothing but aggravation. I’m crossing my fingers that the order is right so I don’t have to ever deal with them again.
