Keratin Nails and Spa

I’ve been here a few times now and it’s become my new go-​to salon. Still fairly new so not too incredibly busy. My last place got so popular, the quality of service declined.
But here, they truly take the time. I got a spa pedi and shellac mani and I’m so happy with the results!
Pedicure was thorough — and NO CHEESE GRATER! And all their tools were sanitized for each guest (you cannot believe some places that reuse tools without sanitizing). Their massage chairs are 5 stars on their own! I could have sat there and soaked all day! They even added a hot stone massage (don’t know if it was special or just came standard with the pedi!)
My manicure was good too. I just wish the First Lady who started while I was still getting my pedicure didn’t cut my nails so short, but the gal who looked like the owner took over for the painting and she did such an amazing job getting right to the cuticle without painting on it.
Highly recommend this salon. Professional, quality and a great value at $ 50 for spa pedi + shellac mani!
Side note: the state of the union was on and they were sweet enough to turn up the volume. They also stayed open an extra 35 mins or so past closing to finish up my mani and another guest’s pedi.

Terribly rude. And charged me 10 bucks more randomly then yelled at me saying it had been that price all along. Never coming back.

Fancy new chairs! I would come here just for the chairs! They are large plush chairs with the massager built in. The shop is clean and we’ll kept. Good selection of nail colors and an even larger selection of gel nail colors. Another little bonus is they use hot stones to massage your legs and shoulders.

Been to a lot of salons and Keratin is by far the best! Wonderful customer service and amazing job at acrylics, manicures, pedicures, waxing, you name it. They listen to your requests and dont rough-​handle or rush like other salons. Good pricing as well-​which is important to me– and quality services. Always a friendly staff and does a great job at my nails every time!!!

Long story short they made me wait 50 minutes when there was 2 other people available and the design she painted on my nails was craaaaaappy. I love the way she shaped my acrylic though they have a very natural look along with a natural looking color (see chillin like a villain by OPI). I’m undecided whether or not I’ll return.

Awesome place !! Very cool chairs. The nail technician that did our peds was really friendly and did a really good. Job. And she was gentle with my toes !! I have ingrown toenails that typically hurt getting taken care of. We’ll be back !!
Lots of free parking

My toes look great. My full set was horrid. There are black specks in a few nails. The gold polish on the tips is not an even line. The top coat doesn’t covet the whole nail. The acrylic went up onto my cuticles and now looks bad. It’s only been a day.

The lady who did my nails did a meticulous job and was very professional the entire time. Both ladies working refrained from yapping away in a foreign language as is common in many nail salons. Inside, the place was very modern, clean and inviting.
Their prices are great too-​I paid $ 30 for a shellac French manicure. Plus a well deserved tip of course :)

Joann does a great job on nails! She and her staff are very friendly and the massage chairs are the nicest I have seen compared to other places! If you are in the area you should definitely check this place out.
