Good, my hot chocolate wasn’t as good as usual. Tasted like the ones you make with water but the food is great! And waitress is nice

I haven’t been to an IHOP in years so I thought I would give this one a go. Best pancakes I’ve had in a while. Service was friendly and fast. So many choices I even ordered a meal to go.

The food was good but our waitress Rachel was just exceptional! She was on the ball, always smiling and really cared about us! I watched her with other customers. I would love to have her at all restaurants that I go to. I hope they give her a raise because she deserves it! Keep up the good customer skills Rachel! Signed: the lady with the little girl!

Server Rosa is just plain mean. Has no personality and is rude. After bringing our food she never came back until she dropped our bill to pay. This place needs better, faster and friendlier staff. Wish I could give no stars… Never coming back here.

Would give 0 stars if I could, but that would be too generous. All their food is soggy, including their pancakes and fried chicken. Customer service is horrible and they’ve messed up on my order multiple times. For the most part the staff was really unhelpful.

I called to place a take out order at 10:30am and no one answered the phone. It rang for awhile twice. So I called Denny’s with no problem. Lynnwood Ihop. You just lost my business.

DONOTEATHERE. Went with my family on Christmas Day and received the worst service of any restaurant I have ever been to. The wait was long, as we expected, seeing it was Christmas Day. However, after the long wait, we were seated at the worst table in the house and proceeded to wait 10 minutes to hear a single word from any member of the wait staff. Our waitress finally came over after we had to have a bus boy call her over for us. Becky was not polite in any sense of the word when asking us what we wanted to eat, and honestly sounded like she had no idea what she was doing or where she was. After ordering, we waited a good 20 minutes without seeing Becky again. We called her over and told her we were going to leave if we didn’t receive our food soon. She didn’t care whatsoever, so we left without another word from a single staff member. No apology from our waitress or any manager. On our way out, we heard Becky telling the kitchen they could stop cooking our meals, indicating that they had yet to begin cooking. All in all, the horrendous service combined with the cramped, dark atmosphere made for an incredibly unpleasant dining experience. Parties who sat down after us were paying for their meals before we ever got our food. I will not return to this ihop ever again.

We came visited this IHOP for dinner tonight because they were having a promotion where children got a free Scary Face Pancake. I thought it would a fun little pre-Halloween thing to do with our family. This location is much smaller than any other IHOP I’ve been to and feels very outdated. It took a bit to the menus and water, but the waitress was very friendly. I ordered my son’s pancake and some coffee, and waited to order our food. She forgot to bring cream even though I specified, but she did bring it by on her next trip by. The coffee was not very good but I don’t have high expectations for IHOP coffee. I ordered the Harvest Grain N’ Nut Egg White combo(«two fresh and flavorful Harvest Grain ‘N Nut® pancakes loaded with blueberries and topped with slices of fresh banana, along with scrambled egg whites and turkey bacon.») because it was under 600 calories and looked yummy. I thought it was weird that the waitress asked if I wanted hashbrowns/sausage since the description didn’t include those items, but I requested the turkey bacon. When the food arrived, there was sausage patties instead of bacon. I let her know and she quickly fixed it. My pancakes did not have blueberries or bananas on top as specified in the description but tasted fine and I did not want to complain and be a pain as she was obviously a little flustered or unfocused. My husband got the Fajita omelette and had no complaints. The location is a bit of a pain to get to from the opposite side of the road during dinnertime traffic. This was a below average experience for IHOP, which I don’t expect much from to begin with. But usually I at least get what I order, so it was a little irritating. I am trying to watch what I eat so I rely on the nutrition facts on the website, and when food doesn’t come as ordered, it messes with that. Honestly the only reason I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff was friendly.

Good: they’ve got decent music(Hot FM radio by Mood Media). OK: food. In general I like their food. Good choice of breakfast food and omelettes(nothing with salmon, but I can live with that :)). Not good: lack of attention. Every time I’m coming they’re bringing wrong food and then waitresses disappear. In the past they apologized, bit not anymore. If someone is interested: our today’s server was Melony.

I called in the times and got put on hold for 10 mins it got hung up on. When I finally got a hold of Becky she was extremely rude. When I got my food home my food was in horrible condition, she bagged up all the food upside down so it was so messy. Half of the pancakes were so soggy because of the watered down whip cream you couldn’t eat them. The hash browns were so under cooked you couldn’t eat them either. And my eggs were so under cooked they were runny and I asked for scrambled. Very disappointed will not be going here again.

Lovely, clean, and good food at an amazing price. Our server was delightful, the floor looked new, and the ambiance was pleasant. I tried the double-dipped French toast combo which I really liked. There was so much food that I took a to-go box of leftovers. The parking lot is large and with easy access from the street.

Sunday breakfast at 8 am: 2 minute wait. Californian scramble: pancakes were a little burned. Rest was great. What was obvious was how dirty everything was: syrup dispensers were sticky and dirty. The walls had crayon artwork. The mat at the entrance was littered with dirt. The kitchen is situated right at the entrance. To get to the bathroom at the one end of the restaurant, you have to squeeze past the wait staff picking up the orders. Service was OK considering the limited space between the tables and the kitchen. When I drove by the next day, the place was being torn down. I hope it’s for a long overdue remodel.

The people that work here are nice. They may have been here since the last time the place was updated and cleaned — which I assume was 1982. It is dated and not especially sanitary. It’s an I-hop. So you know about the food and the value. Skip this location and go to the one in south Everett. You can get your kids clown pancakes somewhere else.

Food was good, people seem to be trying to do a good job, but need to work on their communication. I was here today with my daughter for breakfast at her request. I liked the way they cooperated to share the load with customers coming in the door, but they REALLY need to be careful about speed over service. For 1, they’re not THAT fast. Getting coffee and water seemed to take a little longer than I would expect. They took my order promptly and the food really didn’t take terribly long to come out. At some point early in the meal, my daughter had to use the restroom and asked me to walk her back there(she’s 6). I stood next to the door and waited for her to come out and when we got back to the table our table was being efficiently cleaned up, and 80% of my daughter’s breakfast uneaten. I said«We weren’t done yet.». The lady bussing our table seemed surprised and upset, which is about the reaction I would expect from any good natured person. I said«I guess we’ll go pay». Then our waiter, who seemed to have watched the whole thing, and should have informed the lady who bussed the table that he hadn’t given us our check yet met us at the register. I went to the register and he offered to have the kitchen make us something else to which I just said«NO». Normally, without my daughter there, I would have explained why I shouldn’t have to pay for this meal, and asked for a manager, but I didn’t want to upset my child or the other diners at the restaurant who were likely to have a fine experience. On the plus side my low calorie breakfast was lower calorie than I expected. My kid managed to eat the eggs and bacon on her plate but not the pancakes. I don’t know why I was charged full price for food that they didn’t let me eat. You’re lucky you’re getting 2 stars. I don’t think anyone meant to do poorly today, but people pay for SERVICE at a restaurant that goes above and beyond what they’d get in their own home. My experience sucked today. I will not be back.

It’s not like you expect a great deal when you end up at an IHOP, but even with that lowered bar, this location manages to sink below it pretty significantly. Once upon a random adventure day with WH, I made the mistake of allowing him to choose without any prodding or mothering on my part where we went – and we ended up here. Service was actually really great, but everything else here isn’t. They have a TINY cook top kitchen that is open to the entry area and one sole cook for the one sole waitress. Seats and booths are all obviously run down, many sporting more duct tape than fabric or cushioning and a general sadness permeates the décor in general. It was near empty, we both ordered standard, simple dishes and the wait for food was pretty lengthy. in excess of 20 minutes. Which is fine, really, except everything came out cold. Not cooled off,… cold. Which turned my «crepes»(they are really too thick and processed here to be called that) into a horrible rubbery consistency. Even WHs perfectly appearing hash browns were cold. We soldiered through, being past the point of no return, and left. I don’t see this particular location as redeemable. The set up of the kitchen seems to be likely the largest downfall and is not surmountable without a massive remodel – which seems as unwise as it is unlikely. This would be better served as a quick-stop greasy spoon with a much more limited menu than IHOP currently offers, just to give the guy back there a chance at doing better with the limited tools and very limited space he has available. Were it to close, an enterprising family business could certainly utilize the existing space to do just that and would fill a necessary breakfast/late night eats void losing an IHOP would otherwise leave in the area. Access and parking are weird, as it is for many places along this section of town.

Ok, I’ll start this out by saying that I love IHOP. The greasy, overpriced american goodness is wonderful once every few months, it satisfies a craving I have for terrible-good diner food. The customer service experience I had at this location, however, was one of the worst I’ve ever had. My fiancé and I sat down, I ordered a veggie omelet and he ordered a stack of pancakes with sides. Another family was then seated across the restaurant from us with a party of about 7. The restaurant was not full at all, and they were seated after we had already ordered. About 10 – 15 minutes went by, and they got their food first. Ok, fine. Here’s the kicker: they messed up their order. They were able to finish 7 plates 20 minutes faster than 2 plates, but they were aparently priority. Their waitress came over to my table and announced that she had given the woman MY omelett, because they accidentally put sausage in hers. WHAT?! On what planet is this acceptable? That was my food, and I was stuck sitting there watching my fiancé eat. Not only did I order first and their food came out first(FOR7), they gave her mine to make it take even longer, and make us feel even less important! They did give me my hashbrowns so I could let them get cold waiting for something to eat them with, I would have rather had them in a warmer for my food to come out all together. Then my waitress came over with a terrible attitude to give me my omelett, 15 minutes later when my fiancé was done, and said«She didn’t have to tell you about that. You’re my family and I could have told you.» Gosh, if you’re going to have a fit about it, speak with your coworker in the kitchen. I do not belong to you, and thank goodness for that because you were awful. This would have warranted a two star review. I am merciful. The reason they lost their last star is because the family got 50% off of their meal for the mistake and I didn’t. Every single turn of this experience infuriated me, I can’t believe they were so incompetent as to get every single thing wrong. If you’re 50 and you suck at being a waitress, find something else to do instead of ruining my date night.

Never again. Went in there last night for dinner with my 9-year old daughter. Not sure what I was thinking… Well, kids eat free & my kid loves breakfast for dinner, so I thought we’d give it a try. Not even sure where to start with what all was wrong, as it was pretty much everything! Dingy, small space, horribly slow service(took 30 minutes to get an omlette & pancakes). Once we did finally get our food, her pancake was completely uncooked in the middle = pancake dough on a plate. Yep. Sent it back, waited another 20 minutes for a new one. Then after all of that, was still charged full bill!
