This is the worst place to live. Be aware that after you sign the lease you have give up all the service that suppose to come after you move in. The management is unprofessional. Please do not expect them to be on time or staying in the office even though it is their office hour. After making a couples appointment, Serena (Direct Manager) has failed to be on time and also fail to notify me. The waiting time after passing the time of the appointment is usually an hour wait. So, be sure to clear your whole day just to have a chat with the staff. Last, do not be fool by the sign of new management. It is exactly the same broken system. If you are okay with over price, unprofessional and broken room then this is the apartment for you. A little note to the owner, please take care of the matter before you lose your business.
**A side note, this picture is taken in front of the office, because I have an appointment at 2:00 pm with the manger. However, it is 3:04 pm and no sign of human being in the office. Thank you for being so professional and responsible. Never again with this company. It is clearly that their requirement of becoming an manger is extremely low.
