This place is under new management and is a must go to. Stellar cuts every time I go, and always on time with an appointment. If you were not satisfied before, you must give them another chance. They will not let you down, and they are very friendly and welcoming.

Not friendly, acted as if I was a burden when I walked in. Sign said haircut & shampoo for $ 18.
I was charged $ 18 but did not get the shampoo.
Susan the stylist had another client stop in who had an appointment, I was a walk in. She told the other client it would only be 5 minutes. It took her a total of 10 minutes to cut my hair. I guess because of the appointment there was no time for my shampoo.
I will not go there again, so many places to pick from. I was hoping that I would find a new great place, but got disappointment and a haircut.

Outstanding job today. Susan cut my hair perfectly. There was no wait for a «walk in» (on a rainy Sunday afternoon, too). They were open when I needed them to be (Sunday). In fact, it appears they stay open as late or later than competing shops in the immediate area (though I don’t have all their schedules memorized of course). Price was reasonable– in the high side of the range, but still competitive. But «you get what you pay for,» so I’ll definitely be back.
(Some of the competing shops nearby have wait times of 30 min.-1 hr., even during a business day. I will not wait that long for a haircut, I’ll go someplace else instead. I’m willing to wait 15 min. for a «cold» walk in, 20+ min. maybe for a preferred stylist.)

A weirdly inconsistent place! I’ve been here about 3 times now with with my latest haircut there being about a week ago.
The first time I went the gal did a bang up job and was fantastic but unfortunately I lost her card but i was looking forward to going back. The second time I went the place was filthy and I got a sloppy cut, I also got to hear all about her family troubles which was rather entertaining. The last time my cut was so so but what bothered me is that she left my hair a mess (un combed, un styled etc) and pretty much threw my jacket at me to get me out. Honestly i was a little shocked. She must have had to go to the bathroom really bad or something!
The place is like playing russian roulette with your hair. There are cheaper alternatives if you want to takes chances like that.
