Worst experience ever ! Super unprofessional company. Does not follow through. Cannot use email properly. I took car in on Saturday for estimate and the employee who looked at it stated he would write the estimate up and email me in 20 minutes. Today is Thursday and I never got an estimate emailed. I called earlier today and the woman who answered the phone sounded as dumb as a box of rocks. She placed me on hold. Said she would email me the estimate in 5 minutes. Got an email from her in 3 minutes. Nothing on subject line and nothing in body of email. Nothing attached. Only thing was her name and phone number. I cannot deal with a business whose employees just fell off the turnip truck. Horrible experience

Just had my glass replaced. Couldn’t have had a better experience. I called in the evening yesterday and they were able to make it before noon to fix my windshield. Not only that. The weather was horrible and they still made it on time with a smile on their face and did an excellent job.

I would NOT suggest this Gerber at all!
I had my car fixed here in April because they claim to «guarantee their work.» They also initially gave a quick response to me. Checked my car out, gave me a quote the day after my accident. We asked if my car was safe to drive and they said «yeah sure it will be fine.»
After almost a week of working with my insurance company and waiting to get a service appointment with them, my car broke down because they missed a leak from the obvious puncture in my car. The radiator was punctured and spewing fluid and my engine shut down. I had my car towed from federal way all the way to Lynnwood because, again, they «guarantee their work.»
I hear from them the next day that they have received my car and would begin working. Almost two weeks later I am getting worried I haven’t heard back but they finally call and say it will be ready in a few days. I asked what the leak was and they had no idea what I was talking about. And would call me tomorrow.
A week later I call back because I hadn’t heard from them and they informed me to wait one more week.
Now my car is still having issues because of the new radiator and they still refuse to fix it despite they made me go spend an additional $ 125 on a diagnostic test that proves they messed up on my car.

Justin came by and replaced the glass so quickly! I was really impressed at how much he knew and how quickly he worked. He was very respectful and took care of the new glass, made sure the weather sealant was applied properly, and the mirror was attached correctly before leaving. Very professional and quick!

The worst! Took 8 days to replace my door, but told me it would be 3. Never called with updates, I had to call. Picked up my car in the dark. Next morning, daylight, I see my antenna is gone! They couldn’t find it so they said they would order a new 1. Here it is 2 weeks and 2 days later! I get put on hold, disconnected, put through to voice mail, etc. Still no antenna. My car is a new Kia. Shouldn’t be that hard to get. Don’t go there!

Never use this company, they are scandalous and shady!

In two months both myself and my wife were rear ended and went to Gerber, as it was reccomdend by our insurance.
My car had a non related dent that was fixed at a discount, since other work was being done. When returned, my car was perfectly detailed. It was almost like getting a free detailing with the repair.
My wife’s car took a while (ordering parts, etc), but they did a nice job.
After we had my wife’s car back for a week I scratched it on the side of the garage. I went to Gerber again and the lady (Jessica?) used a little polish and had one of their guys buff it out for about 10 minutes (for free). It’s about 95% back to normal and doesn’t really need any work. I couldn’t have been more impressed, as I was expecting to spent $ 100-​$ 150.
I have no reason to go to any other body shop. Well done!

These guys are great — my SUV was t-​boned after the snow this winter, and when the place everyone recommended couldn’t get me in, I went here as they were preferred by the other driver’s insurance — who was footing the bill.
I was so happy with them I’m looking at going back to have them tint the windows on my husband’s car. Service was great, they kept me updated and were friendly through the entire thing.
At 28, I had never been in an accident and had heard nothing but horror stories, so needless to say I was very pleasantly surprised.

Called them up on Tuesday evening and they came to my workplace Wednesday morning to replace my windshield. The woman who I called was friendly. Brad, the guy who came to install the glass, was great as well. Good price. Fast service. Quality work. Can’t ask for much more than that.
