Last night we celebrated my daughter’s 4th birthday here. The manager Ryan accommodated our small party with the birthday package when I called in the afternoon of the same day and Leonda was an Excellent party host! The joy on my daughter’s face and those of her friends made it all worth it! I love that all the games worked and are only 1 token& we’re pretty excited about the dippin’ dots too :) Thank You for making this such an easy celebration!

Arrived at opening, 11am. Food is horrible. Food court food is better. A lot of the machines were broken. The bathrooms were beyond dirty! So horrible! The prize section was horrendous!!! What a waste of money. Even saw one women pairing her drinking liquid on the floor(carpet) because of??? Who knows.

I had my son’s 4th birthday party yesterday at Chuckee Cheese in Lynnwood. I had 9 children in the party and about 25 adults, so about 34 people total. This was all set up weeks ahead of time so they knew how big our party was. It was nice they called 2 times in the upcoming week and emailed for confirmation, so I thought that was nice and they were going to be ready for us and I was ready to have a good experience since this was the first time I was hosting my son’s party some where other than my house. I arrived about 20 minutes early, our tables were set up and so I thought so far it was off to a good start. The party was set to start at 4pm and so I thought I would order my food so it would get there shortly after the children arrived. I put in my order with the host at 3:50 pm, the package came with 2 pizzas for the kids so I ordered 4 additional pizzas for the adults. Kids started showing up about 4, so I gave them there coins and let them go play. 4:45 comes around, almost an hour later, and some of the kids started to get hungry, so I go up to check on about how much longer for the food, and they tell me they are just going to put them in. I explained I ordered them over an hour ago and the kids were starting to get hungry, and the cashier asked me to go get my ticket to show him when I ordered my food. I explained our host took the order when I arrived at 3:50 so that i would be ready for shortly after the kids get there. I then went back to my table, grabbed a number which i thought maybe they put on there, but it was actually someone else’s from our party, and he argued with me that I walked up to the cashier and ordered at 4:25, I explained no I didn’t walk up and then noticed that this ticket was different food and actually from another person from our party. He said he would comp. that, and I explained to him, that its an hour we still haven’t got our food, and that that has nothing to do with my order, he said he can give me a free pizza to take home, and i also explained that I would just like our food to come out so the kids can eat we have been waiting a while, he said he would comp our food, i said ok, but i would still like our food ASAP since the children were hungry. After that fiasco it still takes some time and then they finally bring out the kids pizza so they can start eating, then say the adults will be out shortly. They then bring out only 2 of the adult pizzas shortly after, and then another a little after, then she asks if that is all and I let her know you only brought out 3 of the adult pizzas but we are still waiting on the fourth. So it was staggered and the other pizzas were gone before the last came out. Also we were assigned a host, and she wasn’t very attentive, I ended up clearing the tables and trying to get things ready since we were already off schedule since our food arrived so late. At the end they gave me my bill, and with the lack of service, the food taking well over an hour, them saying they would comp my food, I was expecting to see some of the pizzas taken off since that is what they said they were going to do. My bill was $ 200 and i showed the guy that said he was going to comp food, and the manager and host were all there as well, and no one seemed to want to help. So they say they can comp one of the $ 12.99 pizzas. While dealing with all of this in the first place a lady over heard and said she had her daughters party in Jan. and had an unpleasant experience like this as well and they comped her whole party, now I didn’t expect that at all but I did expect them to try to help with the situation more, follow through with what they said they were going to do, instead of arguing and changing what they said, and maybe be more apologetic, it was a Sunday so not as busy as it usually is so I can’t imagine if my party was on a Saturday or different day. So I just wanted to write up my experience for others to see to help them make their decision, or just with how long the food takes maybe plan accordingly and not go with hungry kiddos. I would not recommend a party here to family or friends, only because my standards were definitely not met, although my bill was only $ 200 I feel that I still should have received better service

This was me and my daughter’s first time at Chuck E. Cheese’s and I thought it was great. A staff member was stationed at the front entrance to stamp you and your kid’s hand so you don’t leave with another child. Stamps had to match when you leave. There’s tons of different games and rides for young and older kids. My favorites were the fishing game and the picture sketching machine. Only costs 1 token for a souvenir(1 token was approximately 33 cents with my $ 10 token package) When any of the machines broke down, staff was available to quickly fix/un-jam it. The stage with moving mascots needed updating though, it looked ancient. I didn’t try any of the food so I can’t comment on it.

Place needs to be shut down. The only reason why I give it one star is its cheap. Most of the machines and games don’t work, the bathroom had no toilet paper and a huge puddle of water, after telling an employee I watched him not tell anybody about it after asking him a 2nd time. Even the machines that did work had no tickets to give out. Employees not very friendly towards kids. No hand sani in the dispensers. The list goes on… This place is the closest thing to hell.

About half the games were broken and about half the broken games didnt even have signs on them. Terrible experience.

Gambling ordinance in Lynnwood made this establishment minimize tickets won from games. Too bad for the parents but kids still had lots of fun!

Came in on a weekday evening. It was the kiddos birthdays and they wanted to run around and win some prizes. It was a pretty pleasant night. The staff was fairly attentive, especially once they found out it was the kids’ birthdays. The pizza’s not half bad, on par with a certain pizza chain where you can get a $ 5 pie. They offer beer & wine to dull your adult sensibilities if you so choose. I was pleased that they allowed us to bring our own cakes even though they sell cakes at the location. It was nice to have that option. The kids had a great time and I was happy to see them so happy. We will no doubt return.

Has a pizza eating rat, who loves kids! Great for toddlers. Used to take kids here but chucky is hard to find, bunch of screaming kids, food is not the best quality either, it takes a millon tokens to get a plastic toy!

Awsome place for birthday partys. Loved the pizza, our server was very polite, and the price was great. The games/rides were fun for the kids and everyone seemed to be having fun. 2 hours is the time limit we had and that was just perfect to do everything. Highly recommend. Yes this place is a zoo so be prepared for kids running everywhere.

I have been here twice and both times I left disappointed. My kids waited for 2 and a half hours to see Chuck E Cheese and we were told that he comes out every half hour. When he did, he just hung out with the«birthday» kids. The bathrooms are worse than those at Walmart. And the amount of tokens eaten by the machines was vast. I have been to better ones. I wish there was another one closer.

We just had our sons 6th birthday party here today. I was really impressed at how attentive the manager and our dedicated server(not sure if that’s the proper title, I apologize if it’s not.) They were both very friendly and accommodating to us. We ended up getting an ice cream cake, they stuck it in the freezer for us, cut it up and passed it around to all of the guests. The food menu has been upgraded with healthier options and the pizza was really good, which in the past it was pretty bad. It was so refreshing and fun as a parent to be able enjoy your child’s party and chat with others while they are coordinating everything for you. I would and will highly recommend them to others and will also definitely be back.

The place is great for kids! My kids love it and leave with a smile on their face. The staff is very helpful and kind too. When my kid was whining about being thirsty on hi way out, an employee said, «I can get him a drink, what would he like?» That was so kind of him!

By far the most disgusting place. Pretty sure there were more people there then code allows. And the stamp thing they do when you walk in, what a joke what is the purpose if the child checking when you leave doesn’t even look. And everyone gets the same stamp that makes sense. We left before the food came out. All the lids to sodas were stuck together. Yuk

Please don’t be discouraged by the negative reviews. Sure, it gets crowded, but what would you expect? Kids love to come here. Actually, we have a great time every time we visit here. The food isn’t 5-star quality, but it’s fine. It’s kiddie stuff, so don’t expect kale chips or anything like that.(Never looked at the salad bar.) If you are on a strict diet, plan for a «day off» when you come here. The games are great. There’s so many, you’re bound to find one or two that your kids will really like. Staff is friendly and patient. I give it 1 star less because the prizes you win with your tickets aren’t much to rave about. It is really just an afterthought, it seems. You aren’t going there for the prizes, but to have a good time with your family. Oh, we get our flu shots before going. And we wash/sanitize our hands a lot. So far, we’ve never been sick after a trip here. We’ll be coming back! Oh, as far the busy crowds. It wasn’t that busy at all last time we visited, and it was in the afternoon. I’m sure it depends on the time of day and day of the week. Recommended if you have kids and you want to have a good time together.

Came here on black friday to take kids out. was greeted as i came in. this is best day to come in. not a ton of kids and its clean and all workers are so friendly. they have a really nice manager too. i talked to everyone ill bet lol. there are probably 20 kids at most. usually its packed and wild. this location doesnt have as many rides and games as other locations. the pizza here isnt bad as long as you eat if fresh hot. when it gets cold its kind of blah. the salad bar is decent. always stocked. i never really have a problem here only problem is on busy days kids are crazy and parents let them be crazy. tame your kids and teach some manners. other wise not bad.

It’s a Saturday! It’s very very crowded! You cannot walk with out hitting someone! I have read the other reviews and almost drove away but my little girl gave those eyes, so we stayed! I am happy I did. I was shocked how fast the service was buying and getting our good! The cashier was very pleasant for how busy they were. If you want to relax and let the kids run around this is the place. I have a older son so it just made my life that more easier at Chucky cheese, SAYWHAT!!!

Ok, not bad as the reviews make it seem. It was clean, the pizza was quite good and the staff(teens, early 20’s) were attentive and helpful. I have a better opinion now of Chuck E Cheese’s. The games were fun and only 1 token(try finding that elsewhere!). The bathrooms are functional but a bit dated. They have beer and wine too.

Like screaming kids? Want to let your screaming kids run around while you drink a beer? Are you okay letting your child follow a rather large rat with a sign that reads«free tickets» around the place? If you answered yes to any of those questions, then this is the place for you. Pros: — Black light stamp system that makes me feel safer as a parent. Note that I said«feel» safer; it’s not actually safer. — A «go to» location for last minute birthday parties. It can be as all inclusive as you want, from tokens, to pizza, to goodie bags. — They serve alcohol for adults. Yay. — If you’re running short of cash, your kid can just run around in the jungle gym thing. They love it. Cons: — Somewhat creepy mascot. — Completely unhealthy food(don’t let the salads fool you). — Filthy bathrooms. — Screaming kids. The reality is that if you have kids, they may love Chuck E. Cheese. My child doesn’t love it as much but still, it’s a powerful draw. It goes without saying that if you are taking your child there separate from a birthday party, avoid the weekends as best you can. On the weekends, the amount of screaming children triples.
