Always come here whenever I’m home from college, they always do a good job and remember my cuts even when its been several months since my last one. Amazing staff and they’re really helpful. Quad is especially helpful and always does a great job in insuring you are satisfied with what you have!

Michael did my son’s haircut at the Lynnwood location. He was quick, patient, attention to detail. He went above ando beyond my expectations and he definitely went the extra mile. He has major skills. He did a fohawk with a seahawks on each side that were joined together in the back.

Went in with my man today, they didn’t even begin to give what he asked for, and we even brought in a photo for reference! My man has been growing out his hair I’m hopes of getting a disconnected cut kind of like Cristiano Ronaldo or Nick Jonas. He got a very basic military cut. Also, the barber was yelling at the other workers the entire time about cleaning up shop. Dude was rough, and seemed more into what was on tv than cutting hair. Crazy. Ps, it’s cash only. You wouldn’t think a business with its own app would lack a register that takes cards.

I just got around to writing this up, so here it goes. It was a rather neutral experience. The staff seems pretty confused about who has an appointment or not. It seems they kind of just expect business, because I asked my barber, Marcus if he read my comments when I scheduled an appointment, and he responded with «naw». Really? You should be happy to have a new client and do whatever it takes to communicate effectively with him or her to entice repeat customers. Marcus was a great barber, but he needs to be more social with the customer and ask questions to make sure he is buzzing to the right length or cutting it to how the client wants. I got my hair trimmed up into a pretty awesome pompadour, since it seems to fit my facial structure the best, but I was not impressed wkth the overall service. Would come back.
One other thing. It is not really children friendly. They talk about grotesque topics and have trashy tv playing in the background.

We have been customers of the Everett Shop since it opened. The last 3 times we have been there my sons have come out w some serious burns around their hairline. They used to be respectful and watch their language, their excessive conversations about weed, and choices of TV when my younger son came in– now not so much. This weekend my older son scheduled an appt with Nick and when he arrived he was 2 clients behind and had Sean cut his hair. We have experienced before and this time too that Sean’s clippers are super dull hence the burns. My son now has 4 spots where Sean burnt him. We will not be back.

Stopped for my son but didn’t realize they only worked by appointment so I went in to ask when the next time was available. The girl nearest the door looked at me like a zombie and a guy across the room told me to download their app to check times. Really weird and uncomfortable experience. Guess they have enough customers that they can alienate new ones.

This place has youtube videos of how much they focus on customer service and ITS all true as A Publicist this place has great marketing, as a customer that has lived on ever coast they do it the best. Every barber will talk to you smile friendly pool table. very kewl and the APP is Awesome. Many in Seattle need to take a lesson and I’ve got two compliments already which is great.

Was visiting from Cali and needed to get faded up. Can’t remember the woman’s name but she did a pretty good job. Seemed like a cool barber shop atmosphere but 20 $ is kinda expensive. Maybe that’s the regular for Washington but I get it for 16 –18 and usually just pay the dub anyways. If I was in town again and needed another cut, I’d probably go back.

This barbershop is probably one of the best since I’ve moved to Washington state from Texas. I took my nephews with me for a cut as well. We had Nick & Marcus take care of us. The atmosphere is good for kids & the staff is very professional. Marcus was great with my younger nephew, even though he fell asleep in the chair for a few minutes. The prices are high compared to surrounding barbers, but I’m willing to pay a little extra knowing I’ll get what I want. They do most of their booking online & it’s fairly easy to make one, but they also take walk-​ins as well. We went in on a Sunday afternoon & didn’t have to wait long to get a cut. I also liked the fact that they finished up with a razor. I definitely plan on going back.

I normally shave all of my hair off since looking for a barbershop is not an easy task for a black man. Recently I went to the dentist here in Lynnwood and as I was walking back to my car I saw Chop It Up. I looked them up and found nothing but positive things on Unilocal and every other review site. I scheduled the appointment online and went in yesterday. I’m glad I found this place. I’ll definitely come back. Dru made me look like a new man. I appreciated it and my girl really appreciated him cleaning me up. Thanks!

Came here on the advice of one of the boyfriends coworkers. Some pretty sound advice if you ask me. Dru was awesome. Took his time, asked a lot of questions about HOW he wanted his hair, instead of just making assumptions. Tried a few places before coming here, and we have definitely found our go to place for his hair. He’s super picky about his fades, and Dru nailed it. Thanks guys!

I was very impressed with the haircut my son received. He HATES having his hair cut and was very wiggly the entire time. Even his tears didn’t seem to upset anyone. They took the time to make sure it was done right and didn’t make me feel bad for his behavior. A great job!

Veronika is the bomb and knows what she’s doing with all kinds of hair. She’s good enough to where I’m a repeat customer of hers. The atmosphere could be better and some of the staff could be more professional. Michael needs to be more professional so the environment is palatable to a wider demographic. Marcus is young but he can cut some hair. Don’t underestimate this young man.
