Came into Ladro for a cup of coffee, a pastry and to work on some stuff on my laptop. The two gentlemen working were very friendly. I opted for a 12oz Americano and a ham and cheese croissant. The coffee was really good! I had it with 3.5 shots which added just enough boldness. The ham and cheese croissant was huge! It was a bit over cooked which gave a different browned taste to the flakiness. The croissant was good and the amount of ham was generous. The only problem I had was that the WiFi did not work. I got up about twice to check the password with them and a young girl and eventually just wrapped it up to go as it wasn’t working. Only once I was leaving did someone go to the back to check. I already wolfed everything down to find another wifi spot :/

Great coffee stop and friendly service. Will be back for more. I’m from Chicago and I’m based here temporarily and was looking for authentic coffee north of Seattle. This is a great option without having to go far.

+ The baristas seem friendly enough. ~ Prices are not attractive. — The building is very drafty, which in the winter means it’s very cold in there. The type of cold that no hot beverage can fully counter. — Metal chairs. Metal + cold = even colder people. These provide no warmth when your cold building is drafty. — Their wifi or their internet connection(the blame could fall on either) are the worst I’ve ever used at a coffee shop. It’s completely unusable most of the time. I’m not sure if this is intentional or not to discourage the working/studying type of person in there vs the person who will sit and drink and leave quickly. That type of coffee shop patron is what I am though, so sadly won’t be returning here.

Tasty food, good coffee and Chai. The baristas were very friendly and we liked the atmosphere. Our only complaint is that it was a bit pricey.

Went to get coffee at 6:00pm today(Sunday) to get a cup of coffee from here because it was going to still be open till 7:30pm. Arrived at 6:15/20 and was turned away because the Batista was not making any more drinks for customers. I was completely bewildered, their sign said they’d be open for another hour, why? I guess it doesn’t matter since I’m now enjoying a Starbucks coffee a few hundred feet down the road

This is the only good coffee I’ve had north of Seattle so far. It’s right by my house luckily and i buy their light roast beans and make my own at home usually but when I feel like a treat we will go through the drive thru and get espresso drinks. My husband LOVES the Medici because orange and chocolate is one of his favorite flavor combinations. We were pleasantly surprised to see a real orange rind when he finished the drink. Most places would use some gross artificial syrup but real orange zest is a treat. I love their espresso shaken with ice and a little milk. It’s a small cup/portion(as it should be) but is only $ 3 and perfect for me since I try not to drink too much caffeine. i don’t understand how Seattle is riddled with Starbucks and other crap coffee when there are gems like this all over. I can’t wait to explore more of this city’s coffee scene but am very glad this shop is right near my home.

Café ladro(Lynwood location) is my go to coffee shop! Being that I work at a coffee shop already and I stop in daily should mean something. the baristas are amazing, I couldn’t say anything negative. sydney and Sara are my number 1 baristas. they show professionalism while offering the best espresso and a awesome smile to go with your morning cup. I always feel warm and welcomed when I’m at café ladro in Lynwood. you won’t be disappointed!

Came by for a quick coffee before a hike. The baristas were okay– friendly but seemed to want to chat more with their regulars. This location is a bit small with limited parking and seating. The baked goods were yummy and the coffee delish! I had the Medici(mocha with orange zest– LOVED smelling the hint of citrus in the drink). My friends had a hole in the dark(shot of espresso in a cup of coffee) and a latte. Both loved their drinks. What was awesome was that I accidentally forgot my mini messenger bag, realized it a few minutes out, and found it exactly where I left it on my seat.

Great local coffee chain. This Lynnwood location keeps up the standard of great coffee, friendly baristas and laid back atmosphere. There are lots of outlets, good internet and well lit. Don’t miss out on the Oat bar — yum!

Great atmosphere. Volume of music was great. Open space with plenty of table space. People working, students and families. Friendly and fun baristas. Very knowledgable on questions asked. Great coffee! Convenient location with parking. We will be back. Great addition to the neighborhood.

The summary: Used to be great. Had good drinks, very friendly baristas and even though the noise got out of control at times, it was cool to visit. Not much anymore. What’s good: — The dedicated parking lot is handy! — The tables are nice, especially for studying with groups(before finals!) — The drinks aren’t as good as they used to be but still OK. — Wall art /photos — Prepaid card(all Ladros have this?) What’s bad: — The quality of baristas has gone down — looks like all the good ones have left. — The wifi is spotty most of the time — The music is loud enough to give you a headache; apparently the owners want a party atmosphere. What the heck? — The location if you’re driving there and you just wanna grab a drink and keep driving but are headed west on 196th :/ What’s ugly: — Some of the food is way overpriced. — The owners’ attitude and the sweeping changes for the worse. There are lots of coffee shops — give this a couple visits and then move on if you don’t like it.

Came here to study and wait until my meeting started. When I got the wifi password they told I need to order something. I wasn’t ready to and told them that. I wanted to wait until it was closer to my meeting but apparently that wasn’t okay. I was treated like a solicitor and was told could not just«sit and use the wifi». I ended up leaving because this place didn’t deserve my money. I didn’t even bother to explain my first either because you should not treat a customer like that in the first place. Note this was my first visit and my last. Stupid move considering there are two other coffee stands around the corner. Went to Starbucks where they don’t have issues with people sitting down :)

Love this place!!! Always get a great mocha when coming here. Internet is fast, plenty of outlets and just enough room to feel comfy. I would go out of my way to come here! I just wish there was more parking ;)

Since I’m visiting and there are more coffee places than you can imagine I opted out of Starbucks and decided to try the local shops. This morning it was Caffe Ladro. Parking is pretty convenient. The shop itself is spacious but I did not get a cozy vibe it looked like a place you could hang for a little but not all day or hours on end. The staff was pleasant and efficient. I had a brewed coffee and it was okay. Not great but not bad. However, the flavor was distinct and not strong. The pastry selection was pretty good and I had the raspberry scone. It was sufficient but nothing I would order again. I’m glad I stopped by but since there are so many more I’m not sure I would stop by again.

The coffee is good. Really good. The drive thru is kind of awful though. The people chat too much among themselves. The baked goods are spectacular. It’s too loud to hang out there.

Good coffee and treats, but terrible place to work or study. I actually like the music they play, but Talking Heads on full blast at 10 am is just a tad too much.

Good coffee. Comfortable. And just the right amount of hipster(not too obnoxious, not too mass produced).

Though the staff was super nice the coffee brand lacked. It was a heavy coffee an super think and dark. I like dark coffee but this wasn’t pleasant.

I like this Ladro. I like the drive through and the people are nice. It’s nice to have one in Lynnwood. Prices seem to have gone up a bit. I love their beans! No complaints.
