The basil crispy pork belly was very good with the long bean. Plenty of food and good at a 4 star. The prices were a bit higher than expected. The atmosphere was nice for a Friday evening. My girlfriend had the Shanghai Noodles with chicken. She loved it. Noodles were cooked to perfection. The staff brought us out a spice tray to heat our food to our liking. We will be back.

I come here often. Their Beef Stew Noodles, and panang are great! Their lunch specials are only 9 bux! TOTALLYWORTHIT. This place is my personal church.

Pretty Good Food. Absolute WORST Restaurant EVER! This place is ONLY in business because of the Chefs … Everyone else should be FIRED! Read the other reviews and my story rings similar: WORST Customer Service. Flat our RUDE Management. Non apologetic for Anything. I cannot believe that I like this food … but I am torn about whether to go there for lunch or dinner, because I do not want to be furious by the time I leave. RIDICULOUS!

This place has a really good Thai food. All the plates we order taste great. And it is not grease and pre made.

I had the Jumbo Prawn Pud Thai with Egg Doily Wrap. The highlights — Generous portions of jumbo shrimp. — Less sweet than your typical Thai restaurant — Clean and orderly atmosphere and close to shopping — Delicious

This place gives a new definition to bad service. After sitting there for a long time and not receiving any service from anybody we decided to leave. I mean no one even came to take our order. There were many other unhappy customers. Their lack of service and care is unbelievable. Will never ever go there again!

Service was horrible. I was seated by one of the staff members but was not handed a menu nor was I given any water. I had to wait for someone to finally be free(10 minutes) before I could ask for a menu. I still have no plates or table settings as I’m sitting here writing this. Needless to say I probably will not be back again

the food is wonderful but the service is not up to par. Also I don’t think food handlers permits are required of the employees because I ordered a chicken satay and found a hair in it. After alerting the waitress she asked me «what I wanted her to do». I asked if I could have a new dish made, then proceeded to wait 45 minutes before finally alerting a different waitress, and then waited half an hour for my chicken.

I usually order take out from Areeya about twice a month. I had my first dining experience there recently with some friends. I’ll start off by saying that Areeya is very well decorated. I would like it to be a bit brighter in the restaurant, but it’s nothing really to complain about. With the service, the waiters/waitresses are nice. They checked up on us quite frequently and we didn’t have to ask for a refill on water. The service was quite quick and the dishes were presented quite nicely. I ordered my usual, King’s Fried Rice. I really do enjoy eating it. I asked the waitress for brown rice and no cilantro. When I got my meal, I noticed that they didn’t take out the cilantro. And as I was eating it, I noticed that they used white rice instead of brown rice. But that wasn’t a huge issue for me. The meal still tasted great. Meal was pricey. But compared to most Thai places I’ve been to, the pricing is fair. My first dining experience at Areeya was a good one, not perfect, but definitely good enough for me to come back for more in the future. I would recommend Areeya to anyone if they are looking for a good Thai restaurant to try.

Beautifully decorated restaurant and very sweet friendly service. Great lunch specials for under $ 9 and generous portion sizes. During lunch you get a complimentary egg drop soup that is very tasty. PADKEEMAO thick cut rice noodles, smothered in a perfect balance sauce, dark soy sauce and thai chilis for a spicy kick. They add a good amount basil so it makes for a yummy and fragrant dish. BEEFCHUNKSOUP my boyfriend enjoyed this soup. Way to sweet for my taste. Came with large tender beef chunks that melt in your mouth. The soup reminds me of Vietnamese phở without the side fixins and a crap load of sugar. THAITEA sweet sugary caffeinated goodness.

This is the second time eating here… Food was tasty BOTH times and the service good. The cashew chicken was the best anywhere and that is my favorite Thai dish hence I order it at all the Thai restaurants I eat at… And that is ALOT. Will be coming back.

We absolutely hate this place. Our family loves thai food so when this opened up we were eager to try it out. We’ve made two trips here and will never be back. Both times our food took forever to come out. Once it took 20 extra minutes to get the 4th of our dinners. Once the dish arrived, the chicken was actually COLD! The food here is also subpar, go to Thalay, or Silver Spoon on the other side of town because either is much, much better.

Ohhhh myyyy God! The service today was really bad. OURWAITRESSWASHORRIBLE. I am infuriated and truly upset that I paid money for this experience. The food is five stars, I am not debating that, but whoever that waitress was she was by far the most awful server I’ve ever had. I will be back to eat but only take-out from now on since my dine-in experience was so much worse than just eating the food in my apartment. The thai basil rice is amazing and so are the noodle dishes. You won’t regret the dishes you get here but the service I’m not so sure about.

Food was the best part. Everything we ordered was great! Our server was even better she was very conscious that we had children bringing us food and crayons to distract them. She even sat and visited with our youngest for a while and that goes a long way in my book. The only star missing is because the Thai tea tasted a little different from what I have tasted. It almost tasted like it had steeped too long.

This place is good. It’s a little expensive for the quality/quantity of the food, but it’s pretty standard Thai. I’ve waited to write a review for this place because I wanted to come here a few times first. I’ve done both sit-in and take-out, and my one consistent complaint is that they are NEVER ready by the time they quote you for take-out. The last three times I’ve ordered to-go from here, I’ve had to wait at least 10 minutes past what they told me over the phone. It’s not a big deal, nor a dealbreaker, but if you order take out I’d recommend showing up 5 – 10 mins later than what they quoted you.

I come here all the time and the food is always great consistently. The Tom yum soup and Thai basil fried rice is amazing and you’ve got to try their mango sticky rice! The atmosphere and a lot nicer than most Thai restaurants and they’re very clean. I only only knocked off a star because the service could be pretty bad at times. I’ve had to wait 30mins just to order before.

I had a lovely experience here the other night when I was w/a few girlfriends catching up. The place is very clean and lit really nicely. The servers are very accommodating and the food was pretty good as well! We got a curry, pad Thai, and a pad see ew which were all very good! I don’t think there was anything that particularly stood out to make me want to come back again but I mean, it was nice.

The WORST nite turned into a heartwarming one, because I got dinner here. I got crab wontons & chicken pud see ew & a little emotional while ordering. The lady who took my order was so sweet to listen to me. And, when I got home & opened my bag, there was something extra… a box that said, «This is a treat for you.» *refer to picture For this, I am grateful & they’re my go to Thai restaurant in Lynnwood, from now on.

Wow, no complaints here! I love this area because it is close to my work, the Fred Meyer store, a bank, and Alderwood Mall. Toss a fantastic Thai restaurant into the mix and you have yourself an all-around awesome place. I got a lunch special here that was cheap, filling, and delicious. This is the model that other restaurants should be following. They started me off with a small bowl of miso soup as an appetizer for some reason. I had never been served that stuff outside a Japanese restaurant, but I wasn’t complaining. They brought out the entrée within twelve minutes, and it consisted of Pud Thai, jasmine rice, and the rama chicken with peanut sauce that I had ordered. All of this was superb! They even included a bowl with a sizable scoop of vanilla ice cream at the end. Not many restaurants will just throw in some ice cream for dessert, but this one definitely exceeded my expectations. Forget chain places like Five Guys or MOD Pizza. The best restaurants are the ones that are just like this!

I’ll break down this review fairly easily. Work nearby, wanted to try it out. They give my work a 10% discount. Too pricey. Small portions for the price. Food was okay. Pad see ew and mussaman curry with pork. The curry was kind of bland and the pork was very overcooked. Veggies in the curry were undercooked. Took WAY too long for takeout. We had an hour lunch and we were there about 35 – 40 minutes. Asked for our phone number on take out… while we were there. I asked why and she ignored me. There was no time estimate given, after a while of waiting we had to ask. My friend got the larb gai chicken salad. It was literally a tiny bit of chicken, one huge leaf of lettuce, and 90% mint. Personally tired of these thai places with nice décor and ridiculous prices with not-so stellar food.
