wrong location chosen… sorry

Ordered on Eat24. After an hour of waiting Eat24 can’t get ahold of them regarding status so I call. They tell me the driver got lost, I put the wrong address, excuses, excuses. I ask for a refund and they say they can’t do it and to call Eat24. Eat24 took care if it. Tried to give them another chance as they’re the only place in the area that delivers Mexican food however I’ve tried twice now and Eat24 advises they won’t answer the phone.

After ordering on the Eat24 app, a driver called saying he was lost. Trying to be helpful, I ask where he is then he start screaming at me that my address must be wrong. After a few minutes of trying to explain where I am, he shows up and puts a receipt in my face saying «It says here I get a cash tip, where’s my tip?» Very aggressive almost intimidating. I get inside and my order is wrong, I call the store explaining the order was wrong and the situation with the delivery guy. Manager laughs, claims he can’t to anything but put a discount towards a new order tomorrow. Saying I will not get a refund, or get another order tonight. I contacted Eat24 and got a refund. BEWARE.
After getting a refund, the delivery guy called my phone saying «DONT CALL HERE AGAIN.» On my voicemail.

I literally live half a mile away from this place. I ordered through eat24 and given an estimated wait time of 40 – 60 minutes. *sigh* ok, I guess I gotta wait for them to cook it, and find my apartment (this complex is a jungle). TWO hours later, they brought me the wrong damn order! So I contacted eat24 about this dilemma, they got my order remade and refunded me half my order. So a total of 2 ½ hours later (about 10pm), I finally have my pasta. Ugh… it was less than worthy of waiting for. The wrong order they gave me was gross. Needless to say, I will never order from this place again.

I placed my order on Eat24. The delivery was advertised, the food however was mediocre. I got the 3 enchiladas, and well they were bland. The beans and rice sides were not good either. I wont be ordering from them again. I should have just ordered from Romeo’s.

The very thick potatoe skins came with raw onions on top which wasn’t listed on description. They were also very dry! The chicken strips were cut and refried into chicken nuggets also very dry… The Costco mud pie was good ;)

Ordered a Cheesesteak sandwich and a Calzone. The Cheesesteak was dry and had zero sauce, the small chunks of well done steak were tough and not the kind of steak you use in a Cheesesteak sandwich, and the cheese wasn’t melted enough. The bread was bad too. If they don’t want or know how to make a Philly style Cheesesteak then they should just take it off of their menu.
The Calzone was average. Not a decent Calzone but not horrible either. However I found really hard pieces of bone inside of it. At first when I noticed I was biting on something hard that shouldn’t be there inside of my food I was scared of what it could have been. Even though someone could have choked on it I was just glad it wasn’t something disgusting accidentally dropped in my food.
I’ve eaten from here before and the food has never been great, just never bothered to write a review which tends to make it harder for me to remember to avoid it. Not anymore. The menu isn’t unique so no real reason to ever order from here again. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

Ordered from Eat24. The Greek platter didn’t come with everything listed on the menu. They got the deserts wrong (not sure how ‘Tiramisu’ becomes ‘Moose’) and the food itself was meh.
Will skip this one for something better next time.

and the food didn’t come in until 2 hours later. I know this is NOT an issue of eat24 since I’ve only had issues with one restaurant — this one.
The food took two hours to get here — no one at the restaurant picked up the phone nor did I hear back from
. I ordered a Gyro and baklava. The gyro was gross — I ate half and threw it away. It was a cold sandwich. The baklava is decent but I wouldn’t say its the best or the worst.
Next time I’ll order from Romio’s near Silver Lake. They rock.

This place is fairly new. I own a business in the same area, and often dine at the Pheonix, which is right next door. They have a lunch special going right now… your choice of pasta, sub, or mini pizza, with salad and a pop for $ 5.99. Thought I would give it a try. The resturant is small, clean, and cool. The guys that work there are really nice, and friendly. The Food!!! WOW! for 6 bucks I don’t know where you could get a better lunch. Yesterday I tried the Submarine sandwich, it was warm, Fresh mozzerella melting on a great piece of bread. It was really good. The salad, fresh, full of goodies. So today, I had their Greek Gryo… YUMMY!!! Warm all the way through and the bread was to die for!!! Give this place a try, they are new, so they need all the help they can get. You don’t want to see this place go away!!!
