I came in to buy acrylic paint, paper, a small easel and brushes. A sales girl came over and was helping me find what I wanted. She made some great suggestions on products that are new to me. She balanced out helping me while asking new customers walking in if they needed anything. I wish I remembered her name so she could get the kudos in this review.
This store has a wide selection for the pro and the beginner.

I had found a nice piece of art from myhabit and tried to get it framed here. The initial experience was great, with a helpful staff member working with us to pick out frame options and offering a great discount on the frame.
Sadly, it was all down hill from there. We went through several go-​arounds of damaged frames. Finally, the manager gave up on trying to get a good sample of the frame I wanted and offered me a discount on the damaged frame or the option to pick out a different frame. I opted to check out the other frames, at which point a completely unhelpful employee stood around and stared at me while I picked out a new frame. The new selection had damage issues too, so overall, what was supposed to have been a two week process took something like 6 weeks and 4 trips to the store.

I love all the coupons you get mailed, and I like that they leave you alone to browse.
I spent about 15 minutes rearranging some of the frames to find the one I wanted (as many had dings and scratches). However, when I brought home a giant 24 X 36 frame it had a crack in the corner. I’m not going to go through the trouble of bringing it back, but it makes me wonder about the quality of the products.
