This is another beautiful Williams-Sonoma. I love the hand towels here, so I made a special stop before meeting my friends at the Market St. Starbucks. Parking is hard in this complex, try to go weekdays if you can. The staff was helpful, but the chalkboard sign in front said«25% off all linens» so I asked and they said it wasn’t the case. When I told them it was on the sign, they said«Okay, then we’ll honor that» which was great, but then the other salesperson said«Oh yeah, a couple other people mentioned that. You’re not the first.» I suggested that if it wasn’t true, maybe they should change the board. They said they weren’t going to. Weird. Other than that, my experience here was good. The towels and silicone tools are a decent price and hold up for years, but if you’re looking for a pumpkin shaped pancake pan or something equally useful, plan to spend a lot. Also, I saw a chef coming in for some kind of demo or class so that’s cool they do that. They have a serious stove/oven and giant hood, so it’s not just for show.
