Dunkin’ Donuts

First off: not really a coffee drinker.
While I still order stuff from here all the time, the food here has really, really gone downhill over the years.
I used to looooove their donuts. Then, at some point in the last few years, they changed something up that their regular donuts became incredibly dry and their glazed donuts become oddly sticky and chewy. I know glazed means messy, but the insides actually feel a bit like you’re chewing old gum.
On top of this, the breakfast sandwiches always disappoint. Their bagels are very bland and hurt your jaw to chew. Worse, the english muffins are an arid wasteland that feel like they could cut your inner cheeks on. When you order an egg and cheese on an english muffin, you get something devoid of any flavor. It looks good, but is soooo bland. The cheese in particular is baffling — tastes like nothing.
The croissants are good and their croissant donuts are pretty special. But beyond that, I really feel like they need to go back to the drawing board with their food.
Fix the donuts and make them like they used to be! Please!

This is by far the best dunks I’ve ever been served at. My coffee is always correct & delicious.
This Dunks is always clean & for the most part the staff is friendly and efficient.

This is a wonderful Dunkin Donuts location. The staff is always super friendly and ready to serve customers. The coffee is always fresh and delicious. The store is much more appealing since their remodel a year ago.

I live in town and have been going to this Dunkins 3 to 4 times a week for last three years. I have always had great service the coffee was fresh and we I walk in they already new my order. A couple of months ago the changed the whole crew and managers. I have gotten more bad coffees that I have had to drive back and have them make me new ones. The employees are not as friendly, I am going to different Dunkins to get my coffee.

Consistently great coffee and friendly service. This is my go-​to dunks… even though there is one closer to my house.
