Worst customer service ever on earth… by far have had way too many bad experiences with these folks… if your from lynn DON’T go to tmobile in lynn… drive that extra 30 min. Go to the revere location they’ll treat you better… that stuck up kid jeff(thinks he’s better then you) the manager the short Spanish guys doesn’t seem to do anything obviously that’s why he’s over weight… and the tall asian guy Dave or david? Tried to up sell me with a 30 dollar screen protector which I already have a otterbox to begin with… like I said you wanna leave like a worthless human being? Go right ahead to your local t mobile in lynn! Don’t go here ever for your own sake…2 thumbs down …

Worst customer service ever. Brought in an iphone 5c to get an iphone 5s. Asked the girl Julianna if she can transfer everything from my 5c to 5s and she didn’t get everything. And one guy name augusto or something like that didn’t explain the plans clearly. He said that if one line wanted to have web it would be $ 20 extra for a month. But if all lines wanted web it would just cost $ 10 extra a month. But he didn’t tell us it was $ 10 per line. The employee just didn’t seem clear and just wanted sales which I can understand but he didn’t make it too convincing and trustworthy enough. Not a big fan of going to this tmobile store in lynn.
