I had an appointment with Crespo prior to Christmas. 90 minutes after they were due to arrive at my house, I called to ask why no one had shown up yet.
Vanessa told me that their employee had passed away that morning, and she was «the only one» who could have cleaned my house. She told me to request a refund from Living Social.
A month has gone by and apparently Crespo will not refund the money to Living Social.

Crespo Cleaners has been cleaning my carpets for years. A much better cleaning than Stanley Steamer and more affordable. I’ve recommended several friends who have also been pleased.
