This is a pretty typical dunkin donuts. The line is actually always almost out the door. Its probably because its the only dnd in the area and its located next to a big parking lot /popular shopping area. Ive never seen only 1 person working but usually 2 people taking orders and 3 preparing drinks. They have gotten my order wrong most of the time. Id say my coffee order is on the side of «usually wrong». But hey, who doesnt like a daily suprise.

Tiny joint. I came in in a Saturday morning at 8AM. I ordered a angus w egg bagel and a coolata. The coolata came out right away. I waited for the angus bagel and after waiting a small while I went up and asked him where my order was. Another guy tells me, «the other guy took it». So I had to wait for him to put in my order again. Kinda chaotic when I was in there. It busy and then crap like this happens. Not bueno.

There is always a line at this place because they usually have 1⁄7 employees who are actually working. And even that one is usually half-assing. They don’t listen when you order and just make whatever they feel like. Also, I go here for coffee and I always end up leaving w a cup of ice, milk, and a ton of sugar. Wtf is up with that? I wish the manager would spend more time in this location and maybe train the employees better. I always hear complaints about the quality of food and drink here. When you order a sandwich, they don’t even put it together with care so it’s enjoyable to eat. Instead it’s smushed together, cheese oozing– which they usually only use one piece so I don’t know how they get it all over everything except where it should be. Lazy, rude, and incompetent barely describes these people. They won’t even make eye contact with you or say«have a nice day». Where have peoples’ manners gone?! I wish I had another close coffee shop because Dunkin is going downhill…

I don’t write reviews for chains because they’re all basically the same. This one though is specifically for the lyndhurst location. –first it’s a very small place. Basically seats 5 people total. –the food and drinks are standard like all dunkins. The problem is the time. Whenever I go there’s always a line to the door and further with only one worker all the time! –another big problem I have hear is the people in and out of this place. Whenever I go there’s always this same old dude in the same seat drinking a coffee from a straw taking up 1⁄5 seats. As well as many homeless and crazy people always walking in and out of this place. There’s always a big crowd of people outside. Aged between 17 – 25 that are rude and disrespectful all the time and there always there. Please get rid of them.

I just came from there tonight. I went to the one in Rutherford first but they closed due to the snow. So i decided to go to this location and they were open. I went in to get coffee and the chocolate croissant and met the man that works there named Tarek aka Tito. He’s a very sweet guy and he’s excellent in customer service. Will be back!

I don’t usually write reviews of chains because when you walk in you pretty much know what you’re getting. It’s friggin Dunkin Donuts… America Runs on Dunkin :) I get a small Iced Coffee & Turkey Egg White Flatbread Sandwich when I don’t make my own breakfast… or when my Keurig is broken and it’s the end of the world like right now. No sugar in my coffee. a LITTLE cream. I was on the verge of abandoning my beloved Dunkin because I have been getting a hell of a lot of cream… small Iced Cream, some Coffee. Not cool. The ladies who’ve made my iced coffee the past 2 times I’ve been to this specific Dunkin Donuts have done it perfectly. Thank you — Thank you — Thank you!!!
