Delta Limousine and Car Service

Scheduling dependable transportation to and from Newark Int Airport is a vital aspect of the many details that go into the planning of our valuable vacation time. It is for that reason that we continue to call upon the services of Delta Limousine when my wife and I depart for trips either across the country or, abroad to Europe. Delta Limo meets my requirements each and every time we do business with them. Here are several examples of what I expect, and receive:
— Arriving at our home for the pick-​up on time.
— Assist customer with conveying of luggage to vehicle.
— Driver dressed neatly in a jacket and tie.

— A clean, late model Lincoln Town Car that is a non-​smoking vehicle.
— A smooth, controlled, yet efficient driving experience where safety comes first.
— Providing the passengers with the correct climate controlled atmosphere.
— Providing the passengers with music they prefer, or none at all.
— Displaying the last name of the passengers upon pick-​up at the airport by placing a card at the passenger side window.

— Communicating with the passenger via cell phone in order to provide for an efficient and timely curb-​side pickup.

— Being on time during pick-​up at the airport.
— Having the current rate schedule in the drivers’ possession.
— Removing client’s luggage and placing it at their doorstep.
Should any of these requirements not be met, I’ve been assured that Eren Odabas, Owner of Delta Limo, will make the necessary adjustments accordingly. Again, it is for these reasons that I continue to choose Delta Limo for our airport transportation. A ride to the airport is not only a ride, it is a critical link to our vacation plans. And yes, my gratuity is based on all of the above.

Getting a ride as we speak. Driver was courteous, professional. Didn’t track the flight but did still came promptly. Ended up waiting for 15 minutes. Still, driver was such a nice guy!

They quoted me one price for a car over the phone and then changed it after I landed at Newark. Because of a snow storm they knew I would have to accept the higher price.

Used this company to get me from Newark airport to Morristown. Reservation was easy, price competitive, car was on time and clean, driver was friendly and helpful. Even though my plane was late they tracked the flight and were waiting for me at the airport
I will likely use these folks again.
