I wont ever come here! That gurl always taking orders CANT HEAR is she deaf?! Bagels are so good but that b*** always says she cant hear evan when my co workers order

Always seems crowded and the wait is long, but the bagels do not disappoint.

I have a love hate relationship with this place. It’s so close to where I live so it’s super convenient and the breakfast sandwiches are very good. But oh man they are so inefficient. A good deli should be able to crank out eggs sandwiches in the morning, 5 minutes in and out. Not 15. The girls at the register look lost sometime. I once stood there while one girl called about 5 – 6 people to the register to pay while there’s a bunch of us waiting to order. How about you or someone else take some new orders in between? Very frustrating. Because it’s close and the Ham egg and cheese is on point I’ll be back, leave frustrated, and end up full. Need a new staff and system and this place could be a gold mine.

Bad customer service, rude not nice at all ask for plain charge me for full bagel when in my house their put mini bagel when complaint their smile and do not care so I will just comeback to speak to the owner to see if like to loose customer those bagels are good and cream cheese to just those peoples to be replace

They mess up my order every time and even charged me for extra meat when they didn’t put extra meat on my bagel. This place is on my way to work and I always try to stop here in the morning. NO MORE!
The staff is rude and do not know how to run a sufficient bagel store.
They will ring up 5 orders before even taking the next customer. It should be an alternating style rather than a cluster of messes. You take an order, you ring up an order. It’s that simple. They should also have two people at the register. One to take orders while people are on line and the other to ring up orders.
Seriously there are so many more efficient ways to run a bagel store.

Just want to make something very clear.
I have gone there several times before I write that review. Any bagel place that makes you wait that long isn’t worth your time.
The best bagels I’ve had in that area is the Bagel House on Route 7 about 10 min away. The never kept me waiting for a long period of time and their bagels are often fresh from the oven.

If you want to get a nice bagel, I highly suggest you do NOT go to this bagel establishment. It’s definitely worth the extra trip to go to the other side of town or to Rutherford to get a good bagel.
Every time I come here the staff is very rude and it takes foreverrrrr to get your food. Also by the time you get it, there’s barely anything on your bagel. I can’t even name the amount of times I got my bagel and there’s barely anything on it. They are very stingy and will charge you extra for everything. For example, I do not like egg on my Taylor ham and cheese bagel or my sausage and cheese bagels, at BAGEL SUPREME in Rutherford they will gladly give you extra meat and cheese since you did not order any egg, to make sure that you have a nicely made bagel, however at Bobs be ready to have a bagel that has a slice or two if you’re lucky of Taylor ham and a piece of cheese… Annoying.
Just do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else, it is not worth the wait, the money, and the disappointment of when you get your food,
